If I could give -0 I would. My jaguar 2017 was towed there for a coolant leak in June. My car was able to crank and there was nothing wrong with the battery. I would call periodically to check, needless to say his receptionist doesn't report to work until 1:00p.m. Six weeks later, my husband and I decided to tow it elsewhere. When I get there, the battery is dead! What mechanic allows a battery to go completely dead. It shut my car ALL the way down. Thanks to Veterans Towing he was able to override the system without it going into neutral, but the rear wheels were still lock. Mr. Samuel expressed no concern and never called to inform us that he allowed the battery to go dead. Jag was towed to Tommy Matthew's, who I should have taken it to first if I had known about him. Samuel cost us $400. for a battery replacement by Tommy. After diagnosing the vehicle and later informed us that he could not repair the coolant leak because of a leak in the battery compartment. Tommy doesn't repair battery leaks, so it has to go to the dealer. The same cars that was in June, were still there when I picked up my vehicle in August. I learned a hard lesson trying to support a Black owned Business. TOMMY MATTHEWS is my choice!

I had my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 Oil change and brakes replaced. Mr. Samuels did an awesome job. He finished the job in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go.

Mr. Samuel saved me hundreds of dollars by programming my new key phob symply by placing it on the engraved key symbol in my X3. Mind you the dealer charged me $410 just for the key and wanted $250 to program it!! He has worked on another BMW of mine for w. I trust his thorough knowledge and expertise!! Thank you Mr. Samuels!

This guy worked on my Mercedes twice and never fixed the issue. Less than 24 hrs after paying him and leaving his shop my car is doing the exact same thing it was when I took it to him. Not to mention I dropped it off in Nov 2023 and picked it up in Feb 2024. Didn’t apologize for keeping over 2 months - Nothing!!! Out of thousands of dollars and my car still isn’t operating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit his shop.

I brought my 2020 Porsche Macan to Samuels after McDaniels Porsche quoted me $1295 for front brake pads, $1000 for rear, $325 for an oil change, and $695 for spark plugs.. not including labor.He did the entire job for half the price. It was fast and he even worked with my schedule to get the job done. He thoroughly explained everything I needed but I never felt talked down to. Great customer service. He saved me a couple thousand and a 90 minute drive. Cannot recommend him enough.

I was traveling through Augusta when my Range Rover started having transmission fault errors. I found his shop in a Google search. He could not have been more helpful. He told me in advance if it required any work he couldn’t get to me til the next day and recommended another service to see if they could get to me immediately. I called them too and their European mechanic was out for a few days. They did not know of another service in town to help. (Interesting). As it turns out, I went to Samuels, he pulled the fault codes, talked with my local mechanic on the phone, and didn’t charge me anything for his time. I could continue my trip to get home and have it serviced at home, but I was amazed at his kindness & helpfulness. Honest, knowledgeable, there to be helpful, not take advantage of someone in a sticky situation. Thank you!
