I'm leaving this review to share my recent experience with this storage facility. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The property itself was littered with trash, which was an immediate red flag. More importantly, my unit had a leak, which is a major concern for a place meant to protect your belongings. The manager was extremely difficult to get in touch with, and when I finally did, she was rude and unhelpful. The high prices are not justified for the condition of the facility and the lack of proper management. I would not recommend this place.

As a current tenant, I am absolutely blown away with the customer service provided by the managers. Leigh Anne and Mary are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. Will definitely be referring friends and family!

I have been renting a storage her for over a yea. I called the end of December and I was told the property was sold to Storage of America. I have called over 5 times because water got into my storage. One time the representative told me they was in training I had to wait before someone come out!!!! I told her but my belongings is in this storage getting wet. I called another time it was getting prioritized, then another rep said this is not how Storage of America operates someone will call you and that’s been 2 days ago. I looked at my email and they had the nerve to send me a lease agreement, but no one has called to help me about my problem. I guarantee the 13th they will be calling about my payment!! As soon as I can I will be removing my belongings since they don’t have the courtesy to respond back to me. I just hope it don’t rain before I can get my stuff out!

On multiple days I came in with questions for Ms Heather and each time she was so patient and on top of things. Avery thing she said or offered she came through on. A woman that knows her job and stands by her word. Please get her good help in her location. From a senior citizen, Sandra.

Ma.Heather was a great help to me! She gave me the opportunity to come in to pay for my storage when I normally pay online. She even waived my fee being that I tried to show up the day prior! She wa a patience and very helpful with the information on storage, packaging wrapping things for a move!

Great place, my stuff was safe for years. The only issue I had was the rates went from $50 to $100 over the course of 2 years. Outside of that, they took care of my property??
