Their sign says “nice people only,” but apparently that doesn’t extend to the owner. My family and I were out at lunch - our first outing with our newborn, next door at Takosushi. One of the employees came over to complain that our table was 3 inches in front of their building. Not blocking the door or even the display, just a part of their wall. So they made us move our whole table, including our baby, over before we could continue our lunch. The employee apologized and said it was a demand of the owner. Customer service should extend beyond people immediately shopping at your store, it should extend to any potential customer. Which I will not be after this experience.

Best customer service everrrrr! The SOHO team has years of experience. They are not pushy. They will let you shop on your own or if you need help, they will select the perfect outfit for your shape, skin tone and personality. They treat their customers like friends! Go see Leigh, Lou, Alex & Joy!

I really enjoyed shopping here. The women were so attentive and kind. I told them the occasion I was shopping for and they did the rest. They filled up a dressing room for me and were spot on with just about everything. It was really hard to choose just one dress (I ended up buying two...). Everything I tried on fit well and looked classy and stylish. I will definitely return! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an individualized shopping experience and unique pieces.
