The staff were very helpful, and got to me within minutes of me getting there. The information was extremely helpful. I was not aware how tight the marketability was for rings. My ring was slightly bigger than the normal (11-1/2) and the design did not allow much sizing margin to get it back in the normal “band” (high end at 10-1/2). Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, but they were very forthcoming with that information out of the gate and I appreciate the honesty. And I learned something! Would definitely recommend to those looking for information about selling a wedding ring.

I went to half a dozen well known jewelers, and 10 lesser known... Speedy Diamond gave me the best offer, and it was their 1st offer. They don't waste time, they make it extremely quick & painless. They then over night the check without any issues. They are a trustworthy, quick and professional.

Out of the five companies I received quotes from, this company offered me the highest amount for my diamond ring, by a few hundred dollars. I appreciated they gave me a firm offer, not a range or a possible amount it might fetch at auction They also did not take commissions or deduct any additional charges. What they offered is what I got. Also, they were incredibly fast. The whole process from me getting an offer, accepting it, sending them my ring, and receiving the money in my bank account took just a few days. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING experience. I received quotes from 5 popular diamond buying sites on the internet. Speedy Diamond was the ONLY one that gave me an exact quote versus a range. I was terrified to send my diamond in the mail but Shane put my concerns at ease. He sent me his insurance information, told me every step of the process and called me a few times to check and make sure all of my questions were answered. I sent my diamond via FedEx and received a call from him before 11:00am the next day verifying that he would pay his original quote. He cut a check that day and I received the check in the mail the next day. Once I got over the fear of sending it in the mail the process was seamless. I would highly recommend using Speedy Diamond.

This place is legit. It made me nervous to sell my ring online, but I decided to give it a try after reading so many other positive reviews. This place quoted me the highest price compared to all other places I tried (which was about 7-10 places). They paid to have my ring overnighted to them, and I had my money the next day - exactly as promised. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

I sold an engagement ring to Speedy Diamond and they were great. I received many quotes and they topped them all. The transaction was incredibly quick, painless and easy. The money was in my account in less than 24 hours after shipping the item from NJ to Georgia. Speedy indeed!

I had high hopes after reading all the reviews and reading through their website so I filled out their form for a quote on my ring. After two weeks I haven't heard anything and even followed up with an email to check on the status of my quote. Maybe it's a technical issue but a response confirming one way or the other would be preferable. Skeptical of doing business with them online now.

Skeptics fear not. It's natural to be skeptical trying to sell an expensive piece of jewelry, especially over the internet. However, I took a chance on Speedy Diamond and was not disappointed. The offer I received was very fair, I'd say above wholesale (which for a diamond is probably 30-40% of retail) and not far off from what I had in mind with the understanding that there is virtually no chance of getting back what I paid for it. The process is lightning fast and they make it very easy do to business. Give these folks a chance, I received friendly, professional service through the whole process.

I sent my ring to speedydiamond.com and they bought my center stone for more money than other company's were trying to give me, then replaced it with a CZ for no extra cost. It's like the same ring and nobody would ever know. The process with Shane was super smooth and he emailed back quick. They sent the labels for the shipping and took care of everything. You can tell they've done this quite a few times. I'm really happy with the service!! If you're trying to sell a loose diamond or jewlrey I would definitely give them a try.

Shane is the best! I got an amazing offer on my ring and decided to take it. Shane sent me a Fed Ex label, I sent it and got money wired into my account within an hour of learning that my package was received. OUTSTANDING!!! Very proffessional, trustworthy and I can certainly see why they call it Speedy Diamond!

I had started looking for a place to sell my diamond ring and found few options. The most mentioned place seemed like the place to go, but then it didn't (it did but then it didn't - wink wink). Then I found Speedy Diamond and ALL the reviews were so positive. I can see why. People, don't hesitate! Shane gave me an offer in December and I got tied up with the holidays and didn't get back to him until April 30th. He honored the same quote he gave me almost 6 months previously. They paid for insured shipping and wired me the funds SAME DAY they received my ring!! I mean like within an hour the money was in my bank!! Plus, Shane is so nice and so professional. I can't thank them enough. Great people to do business with and a much needed service. I should also point out that the price they gave me was far better than other offers. AND - they offered to pay for just the center stone at a really great price and send me the ring back if I wanted. Who could ask for more?
