One of my best hotel stays in a long time! Nothing wrong or inoperable with the room. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great, especially the frittata and hazelnuts for the oatmeal. Price was competitive.Pamela was especially helpful in assisting us.

From the time I walked in until I left absolutely, immaculate. The staff was very friendly and caring. Upon entering I could smell it was clean. Not overpowering just clean. The room was 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Breakfast was awesome and kept well stocked..Beds were so -o-o very comfortable. When I turned on the TV they had a welcome to Springhill suites with My name. Very impressive.Parking was simple. No issues.Rooms: Spacious, clean. Nice amenities! Easy check in and out. Less than 2 minutes.Nearby activities: Close to mall and restaurantsSafety: I felt very safe inside rooms. Inside poo and fitness center.

The hotel was very clean and enjoyed our stay. Giving it 4 stars though due to the bed/pillows being the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Of course that's just my personal opinion. Highly recommend the hotel though and I'd be open to trying another room next time, maybe the bed just sucked in my room.

Nice place. Not totally clean as our room still has trash in the can from the last guests but overall all nothing bad. The bathroom doors are translucent and really hard to move. Beds were comfortable, and having a choice of pillows is nice. Breakfast was adequate. Some items were hard to find, like the milk, which made one guest fill a cup from the milk jug that was for the coffee. I showed a few people where the cooler that did have the milk was. They did have lots of toppings for the oatmeal.

Updated for Nov 2023 experience. The service has come such a long way! Stephanie was so nice and pleasant during the check-in process. I forgot to test the mobile check-in process to see if it's up and running now! After my second trip to my room with all of my things, I realized there was no remote and called the front desk. Stephanie personally brought it up to my room! The room and upkeep are a little down compared to my past stays here but this is expected over time as the hotel ages. Now that I have stayed all around town from Columbia County and Grovetown GA hotels to Aiken County and North Augusta, SC hotels, i can say this location is very convenient (Washington Rd is about 3 miles away and Robert C Daniel Parkway is a minutes away and has a Target, Starbucks, Panera, Fedex, etc.) As usual, breakfast options did not disappoint - in my opinion, Springhill Suites generally have the best variety of breakfast food each morning. Updating service from 1/5 to 5/5. Updating rooms from 5/5 to 4/5. Updating location from 4/5 to 5/5. Updating the overall rating from 2/5 to 4/5. Overall, this is one of the best hotels (Hilton or Marriott) in the Augusta area.Review from 6 months ago. I honestly continue to be disappointed with the front of house service at this location. The rooms are decently clean but the Mobile check-in process here is a joke. This is the only Springhill Suites I've ever stayed in that the Mobile key option is consistently unavailable. We're in 2023! I don't know if it's an apple vs Android issue but no one at the front desk or corporate can explain why this Augusta location does not allow me to get a Mobile key. This one is also not as up to date as I'm used to (i.e. the decor is not the navy look of their most recent design it's the green/gold/teal look). I really want to rate it one star for the check-in inconvenience and lack of customer service/support, but I can honestly say the hotel room itself is pretty clean so I will add another star for that alone. It's a quick drive to Target, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A etc. Also very accesible both to I20 and 520 highways.

Clean rooms, attentive and courteous staff, conveniently located a short distance from dining, shops and tourist destinations. Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance but I would still highly recommend this Marriott hotel.

Great price and nice hotel. First time visit to Augusta. Close to restaurants and plenty to choose from. Colleague stayed there the following week. He had stayed at several other hotels in the Augusta area before. He was also impressed with the location. He remarked the Hampton Inns in the city were less desirable.Rooms: Room was clean and quiet.Food & drinks: Breakfast was blah. Breakfast bagel sandwiches were dried out.

It was fairly nice and clean. Our room was hot. The Air Conditioner barely worked. Breakfast was mediocre. My son's chocolate milk was soured and expired.
