Their printing service is a lot faster than Office Max/Depot. They printed it faster, and pickup was a lot smoother.

Jalen Pope is an EXCELLENT worker at Staples!!! He displayed EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS on Tuesday July 25, 2023. I needed business cards and he patiently explained my options and helped me set up the screen.....Very courteous as he juggled several customers. I was completely satisfied and called manager to express my gratitude !!!!!!

I went to Staples today to use their self-printing service. Unfortunately, Pam from the printing center was very rude and told me that I could not put my own paper in the machine even though I have many times in the past with no problems. Interestingly, the copy machine also is set up to give you the option to allow this. I understand if store policy may have changed and don’t necessarily mind being told no but I don’t think there is a reason to be rude to customers. I went to FedEx that was practically next door. I was in and out in a few minutes perfectly satisfied. Their machine had no problem at all accepting and printing on my paper. Maybe someone was just having a bad day but beware that I did not get a helpful attitude from Staples today.

The service here really sucks. No one was willing to help customers with the print/fax machine, and if they did they had an attitude about it. I ended up helping everyone and I was the customer in line.

No \\\"order this item online.\\\" Order shipments that are big enough to keep your products stocked, especially when you know they are used often even in normal circumstances.

I went in and there were three employees sitting in chairs, office chair display. Finally one guy asked if he could help me and I told him what I was looking for. He states that they didn't have any in stock and advised me to look online. I inquired as to similar items, that might be in stock and his response was something of the order of: "You can find similar items online too." The other two employees seemed to enjoy his joke much more than I did. I found this disreslectful and unacceptable.

If you want to return an item without a receipt, you get store credit for the lowest amount it’s ever been sold for..... ok - cool - general return policy right? What they DON’T tell you is that, when you bring your item into the store, they confiscate it from you & refuse to give it back, because “their 2 are missing.” So when I say ok, well I’ll take it home & find the receipt, but I would still like to purchase the $120 item I was going to exchange it for .... THOSE ARE MISSING ALSO!! LOOKS LIKE THE THIEF IS ON YOUR PAYROLL MATT - NOT YOUR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT LIST!!!! NOT ANYMORE. BUH-BYE STAPLES!!!! Never had a good experience there anyway & their printing services are such pathetic quality, I invested in my own printing equipment! Staples = Worthless.

I use the print shop often operating two businesses and I always have positive experiences. It’s always done timely and accurately! The staff is friendly and they make my job slot easier and budget friendly!

Don't really have anything positive to say really. Rude staff, rude managers. God forbid you want to return something even with a receipt. They will act like you are a thief. $30! that's how much the stuff I went to return cost but whatever.

I know, I know. This is a office supply store. You walk in to the smell of copier paper, erasers, and new chairs. But I love it. Going school shopping was a favorite time of year for me. Not for clothes or a new Trapper Keeper or some kicks, but for notebooks and pencils and pens. These all represented new possibilities. What would I learn? What would I write or draw? I didn't know yet, but I had the blank canvas that made it possible. That being said, of all office supply stores, Staples is my favorite. I've even worked at Office Max at one point in my life, but I love options at Staples. There is everything you need and then some. Computer/Tech Support, chairs and desk, every writing apparatus under the sun, 100's of planners and even mini frigs and safes. Sure you could order this stuff online, but take a few minutes and shop for it in person. Maybe you too will remember the yesteryears, when school supplies were purchased in person. *Insider's Tip -Come in the morning or mid day. No one, and I do mean no one, will be there (except the Staples team of course). And the traffic will be less congested getting in and out of the parking lot.
