I had a great experience here. I ordered a computer chair online because they had a fantastic sale going on. When I arrived at the store, the order had already been picked and placed at the front by checkout, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork and walk out the door. Very efficient, professional and thoughtful people

Went to purchase ink. There was a sign on the register to check out in the copy center we waited 25 mins to be told to go back to the register. Then the employee stopped to help others while we had been in line.

The UPS depot has poor services. I come with an over night package with the prepaided label. Each time they are out of the UPS mailing envelopes. Most of the time the cashier uses a Manila envelope. This play with me just as long as the package is picked up by UPS ground. However, today 1/24/25 and the cashier stated we do not have any envelopes you and I needed go get my own. I’m like do I need to purchase one, she stated yes. So I proceeded to the isle picked up a package of envelopes, had to get back in a line that is always backed up to the entrance door. This is unacceptable, staples should consider more than one register for UPS and keep up with the UPS inventory.

I went in to pick up a few things. They really didn't have much stock. Plus, the store floors were really dirty. Not a place I would be coming back to.

We purchased office furniture and I truthfully had the impression that Staples had become self-serve as no employee helped us with the purchase; we had to find our own stock, carry it to the front and we had to lift the large box up so the cashier, who did not say a word to us could scan the barcode. Likely buy elsewhere in the future.

Horrible service! I placed an order for print and paid for express service to arrive the next morning with the order not being ready. The team members didn’t even know that I had placed the order. I shop at Staples in different states and this is the worst location, which is pretty unfortunate for the Augusta area.
