I was in the store today shortly after 11:00am. There was a man at the checkout counters helping guest, his name was Jeremy. I looked for the item I needed and went to go checkout. He left the checkout stand and was away for more than 5 mins. I looked around and I couldn't see any employee at the photo booth or anywhere in my line of sight. I waited and waited. Finally, he came back up and noticed me but didn't say a single word. He just started typing on the computer. Another person was with him and jumped me in line, again not a single word was said to me. It would have been nice to get a " hey, sorry for your wait, I had to assist another customer in a pickup order" which is what I assumed is the case. Works would have helped this situation greatly. I walked out without making a purchase.... Address your customers, be friendly and if customers need to wait, apologize for the wait. I would have been fine to wait my turn and make my purchase. Food for thought.

I ordered Christmas cards on 12/3 for pickup on 12/4. Yesterday I was in town and called inside to see when they would be ready. I was told everything that was ordered to be printed on 12/3 would be ready by 8:30pm on 12/4. No big deal. Today I still hadn’t received an email saying they were ready so I called again. Today the girl that picked up the phone said oh yeah they were supposed to call you yesterday were behind they won’t be ready until this Friday or Monday! Will never order from here again! Had to cancel my order and order from Walgreens.

Their printing service is a lot faster than Office Max/Depot. They printed it faster, and pickup was a lot smoother.

The man with tattoos and ear gauges at the express returns counter is phenomenal at his job and customer service!! He took care of everyone super fast while having pleasant conversations & explaining the process.

Jalen Pope is an EXCELLENT worker at Staples!!! He displayed EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS on Tuesday July 25, 2023. I needed business cards and he patiently explained my options and helped me set up the screen.....Very courteous as he juggled several customers. I was completely satisfied and called manager to express my gratitude !!!!!!

I went in Staples to get something binder. I had a simply quick question of whether they can do it or not the same day. The sales associates are both helping someone. Understandable. One of them gets done walks by me and I assume is going on break. No, he left to go stand by the front door and then immediately assist the next person who walks in and brings that person back to the counter. I waited 20 mins for them to tell me they couldn’t help me in the timeline I needed. Im disgusted that this gentleman could had just told me 15mins prior if he hadn’t ignored me. Yes he saw me!!! Yes he saw me!! And he ignored me! And so I would give 0 stars for their lack of customer service training. Disappointing because I enjoyed their print counter before.

Ms Pam in the Copy and Print center Was AMAZING!!! I was responsible for the will you marry me sign for my cousin's proposal and she got it done for me Quick and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! her customer service was great she was knowledgeable about the products and made sure I was satisfied!!! I placed an order online for a printer, 3 hole puncher, and a pack of paper. I paid online; received proof of payment and order receipt.I go pickup order, wait almost 15 minutes. The cashier indicates "I'm the only one here", with a line of 10 to 12 patrons. The pack of paper was ripped open, with several pieces of paper missing. My items were not bagged. Okay...not cool.I wake up this morning, another charge on my card for the transaction again. So I have 2 charges pending, each for $255. Customer service says "sorry about that", it'll fall off in a few days.

Poor customer service. Store policy and online store policy is not the same. They don’t communicate with each other. Prices don’t match either. I will not be back. And buyer beware. Their return policy on computers is 14 days. Even when it is defective. Touch screen and Keyboard stopped working.

I walked in to buy a laptop. I knew the exact one I wanted so I went straight to area and made sure it was there. The laptops are directly in front of the registers so I could see there were 2 cashiers with backed up lines so I just waited for about 5-10 minutes or so to see if another employee waited by but nobody did. I walked around the store and finally found somebody and asked if she could assist me with a laptop, she walked with me back over to where I was and said she called somebody and they would be with me shortly. So I stood for another 15-20 minutes "waiting" on somebody that never showed up. I saw somebody who appeared to be a manager, due to a different colored shirt, come from somewhere in the front. She walked to the register then turned right around and went back to where she came from. So then I went to one of the cashiers and asked her for help and she then called somebody and said I'd be helped shortly. Went and stood another 5 minutes or so and a guy finally came to help. I waited all that time just for him to tell me that they didn't have any in stock in the store. He then tried to take me to a little kiosk to order it online but he had no idea what he was doing. Needless to say I will not be buying a laptop from them nor will ever step foot in this place again. Customer service was atrocious, either nobody is cross trained or they were too lazy to help, and manager obviously didn't care about her customers because I wasn't the only person standing waiting to be helped while she hid in an office somewhere.
