I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star. They deserve 0 a negative. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARBAGE PLACE ! 🚮🚮. I took in my ASU jacket that was already dry cleaned and pressed to get my new rank sewed on and they ruined my jacked they have it so wrinkled and dirty! They ruined my uniform. I’m so pissed this is ridiculous I’m going to make a video on my platform so they can lose more business.

It's listed at K CleanersI spent over $200 purchasing new uniforms and $150+ in alterations.I had to pay for US Army nametapes twice bc the embroidery is different at the alteration shop vs the ones purchased from clothing and sales. (If I wanted them to match the name tapes)The reason I'm giving this a 1 star rating is because of the costs, lack of communication, and professionalism.I was told to pick up items at a specific time only to be told to wait late evening or next business day. It was never explained at the time of the drop off, clothing is sent to an off site vendor for alterations. When I asked of someone could call if they items arrived earlier, I was told no come back after 6pm or call on my own. When I tried calling earlier no one answered the phone.Don't give dates and times of pick up if you can't accommodate. The costs are ridiculously high. If you don't want to be charged extra you have to remove velcro and patches yourself. I have never experienced customer service like this. Now I'm being told I may or may not get old patches back bc once again items are sent to off site vendors for alterations. The lack of concern, dismissive attitude, and no Empathy for incinveniencing customers needs improvement. The two workers that are there now seem to have 0 tact or customer service skillsets. This is a main hub Service members use on post, and some people have no other options to use. From looking at previous reviews, I am now worried that my uniforms will be messed up when and if I receive them.

Rude and unprofessional. They complete services not asked for and demand payment. Use an off post business and save yourself a headache.

New name, K cleaners. Same bad customer service. They charge an exorbitant amount money for an alteration. Terrible job done into my ASU. The ladies lack of customer service and all they want is your money… Not a good place to go. They should no be allowed in a military base.

I saw the reviews a bit to late so I knew what to look for. They had a bit of name tape sticking out and the rank stiching was a bit wonky. I hung it, inspected it and they fixed it on the spot.

I took my Officer ASU coat in to get the wrist ribbons changed out (branch transfer). They charged me $46. The ribbons part they did a good job, but they left the interior lining super loose in both sleeves, so much that they’re pretty much coming out when I’m wearing it. I took it back and pointed out the deficiency, the tailor came out and he looked at it, and he agreed it needed to be fixed. They took it back to “fix it”. I return a few days later to pick it up, and literally NOTHING was different, as if it wasn’t even touched after they took it. What a joke! At this point, I’m so done with them that I refuse to take it back again to be fixed. If you have a car, go off-post and utilize another alterations place, because clearly this one does not take quality and customer satisfaction seriously.

Shoddy work. Corners of name tape not sewn down. Every blouse has overlapped fabric sticking out from behind the name tapes and US Army tape. Took 6 tops in. They messed up 5

Terrible communication, contacted a week prior to ensure readiness on certain day, they confirmed lunch time. Day rolls around and it's not done. Lady working front says my stitching is on the truck, I leave and realized there's no reason for it to be on a truck. I call them and they changed their response to half my order is done and other half will be done at 1400 despite originally saying it'll be done at lunch time. Wife goes by at 1400 and it's still not done, they decided it'd be better to argue and blame us by saying the receipt days 1800 which is indeed true but don't go around telling customers filler responses on where items are and not tell me in person whether parts are done or not and also pickup times. They definitely aren't tracking what they are doing here and judging by other responses it still reigns true. I'll definitely be taking my business off post from here on out. Not sure if there is a communication barrier or not but each encounter definitely had fallacies.
