BOTH WORKERS WORKING TODAY 08/28/2023 @ 11:30 AM WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ACTED LIKE IT WAS A PROBLEM FOR THEM TO SERVE ANY CUSTOMERS. MAD BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COME UP FRONT AND DO THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. NEED TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO JOB!!!!

Overheard employee complaining about his job. He should find another profession other than working with food service. That is the very least a customer would want to hear. Especially when ever you think you about to take a break because there is no one in line. People eat, and like I said before that is the very least people want to hear about when they are getting food. How miserable you are behind the food stand.

This for the Subway located in Augusta GA off off of Jimmie Dyess Pkwy. Gianna Ellis (My apologies if I spelled that wrong) and John were very pleasant and handled our service and food with professionalism and care! The customer service was beyond great! It's nice to see that whatever level of a career you are you still strive for excellence. This experience was Top Tier!!!

Attached to Pilot Gas station. First time visit. Clean and well maintained Subway area. Well trained and very friendly staff. Got all the customers orders in abd out in quick orderly fashion buring the after work pick up dinner rush. Will be returning to this location again. Highly recommended.Parking: Shared Parking lot with the Pilot Gas Station so traffic in and out for gas is heavy most times. Not always easy to get very close to Subway but location quality and service is worth it to me.

Usually very good but tonight a gentleman waited on me that seemed to hate his job. Then the bread on all of sandwiches wad very hard and mis sliced. I literally had all hard top and hardly no bottom to the sub. Did I mention the bread was HARD.... Not at all happy. Food cost too much to get something like this. I would have better much better off to have something else.

Kenya was not friendly, she seemed aggravated, maybe bc it was an hour before closing ??♀️, and my sandwich was made wrong, even after specifying what I wanted on it.
