First time at this location and overall experience I'd give 5 stars... Adreana our waitress was excellent, patient and responsive to our group.... Very busy place so I can easily see where it would be hard to please all... Will be back but arrive earlier to avoid the rush!!!

I am changing my review! I previously gave a high rating because this place was once the place to go for a good fatty ribeye. The steaks our last two visits have been just awful and even though most of the steak is inedible they will still charge an arm and a leg for it. $70 for garbage meat. Their quality of meat has went down considerably. If it wasn't for all the sauce they taste like water. Its messed up.To be fair the management took off a whopping $3 bucks. Wish I could post a picture of all the inedible steak that was too tough to consume.Very unpleasant experience. Save your money or go to TBONZ for steaks.

I've been to many texas Roadhouse's across the country. My family and I usually have a wonderful experience. This location in Augusta, GA, is the worst place I have been to in about 40 years!!! The drinks were watered down, maybe no alcohol at all. The manager that came to assist us didn't look like he was drinking age himself. Everyone in the restaurant complained about the drinks, but Steve urkel didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Possibly getting the bartender to fix the drink right... that's a thought. Long story short, for a $7 drink, they lost a long-time customer. My family and I spend over $500 every time we're there. For not caring or treating a paying customer the right way. We'll take our business to the other steakhouse!!!It's the day after & I'm here at the Texas Roadhouse in McDonough, GA. I have to say it was like night and day. My family and I had such a great experience at the Texas roadhouse in McDonough GA. The Augusta GA location needs to take lessons from the McDonough GA location to become a better establishment. The augusta branch gave us watered down drinks and refused to rectify the problem. McDonough offered a $3 kicker that would have solved the problem of watered-down drinks for everyone. I blame it on the adolescent management team. It's sad when children are hired with no hospitality training and don't care about ruining a well established restaurant's reputation. THIS IS WHAT A DRINK SHOULD LOOK LIKE." WITH THE KICKER" !!!

Steak was over cooked and service at the bar was a bit slow. It was a busy-ish time of day, but not so busy that it excuses the lack of attentiveness from 2 bartenders and a manager.

This was my first time here. I sat at the bar and the restaurant had VERY FEW tables occupied! The bartender spent 85% of her time chatting with staff (including the manager). Is the bread suppose to be cold? Mine was. I ordered a medium done sirloin, but was given a well done steak. I reordered, and It took about 15 minutes for me to recieve the correct steak. The food was mediocre.I have no intention of coming back.

Horrible experience. Long wait times, poor customer. Cold food! When we asked to speak with the manager he made excuses. Said it was busy and that there were several large parties. I have never had such a bad experienceWe eat here all the time.

What an awful experience. Was sat at 5:30 pm and placed our order within ten minutes. Salads came out and server filled our drinks. 6:30 came and went and no food. Server said the manager was looking into it. Manager came over and said they were “a little” behind which was not true because other people around us were getting their food and they sat after us. He was just offering lip service and did not seem interested in resolving the issue. At 7:00 still no food so we left.We did try to pay for the salads and iced tea.Very disappointing.

To be honest, I never had any issues with Texas Roadhouse, until now. A 45 min wait time. Plus a huge line of customers waiting out the door. At least 20 to 40 people. If you are waiting inside, you will see all the waiters who are supposed to be doing their job, talking and chatting inside of getting the food. Plus, several booths and tables were open, but nobody was seated because they weren't even clean or waiters again ain't doing their job. Pretty sad and definitely not going back here again.

This place was excellent. Food was beyond great. Got 6 oz steak, bake tater and wife got lemon crusted chicken and steak fries. Rolls were hot and soft. Our waitress was great, very attentive. Even with the masters in town and place was busy got seated right away.

Several members of my family went there to celebrate three birthdays. I had steak tips with mashed potatoes, corn, and carrots. The waitress was very helpful when it was time to leave, and I needed to put my leftover in a to go box. One arm was in a sling.

This was my first time here. Service was slow, and my food finally arrived luke warm. Overall, I did not get this was the expectation based on others being served around me. Maybe I just picked a bad day to dine here.

We love Texas Roadhouse! We have been to several, even while out of town and every time we have such a great experience. This one was no different, our waiter Boozer was excellent. Even though the kitchen was working against him (food was taking a while) he kept checking on us and did an amazing job!
