This was my 1st time coming to the store and I fell in love❤️. This place has some very good products! I was happy to finally find a place again that I could get garments and crowns from! The owner is very respectful and helpful. My family and I will definitely be back

I used to love to come to this store when I had the free time to visit. It is great spot to pick up somethings that you normally don’t find, but don’t expect to get good customer service, because the main person there can be rude and unprofessional. I will never go back again after the customer service I experienced there with my family that was visiting. I was showing them some of the best shops in Augusta that I love to go to. But this was the last place I would have ever thought that I would have ever experience this level of bad customer service ever, I was beyond shocked and could not say anything at the time. All because of one question that could have been simply answered but turned into a big ordeal that was uncalled for that made my mother cry. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have had ever and to think I brought my family there and had to experience that. I will never go here again.

Shama is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. There are plenty of unique items like t shirts, handmade jewelry, handmade body butters in this shop. There are also plenty of candles, handmade oils, and sage to purchase. I will forever be a customer.

So grateful to have found this GEM on a lunch break excursion! Purchasing intent filled stones left me vibing high! I'll definitely be back outside of my lunch time to fully take in this loving space!
