Sadly we have had to use them 3 times. That being said they were remarkable to work with. 2x they had to do a pick up from our home. From being on the phone with them, who they send to your home, in person office people, and everyone else treated us all with kindness, compassion, and respect.

We lost a love one last week and Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Home the people that work there are so very nice and understanding easy to talk to they had done our family for several years now and they do a great job highly recommend.
