Terrible service! I went in on Nov11 to purchase a grill. They did not have one in a box so they said they sell me the one off the floor. It was very dirty. The associate told me that it would be wiped off so that we would not have to put the dirty grill in our car. I was waiting for it to be wiped off and Melissa, an associate, just stood there. finally she handed me the wipes to clean it. Now, for $619, I thought they could have wiped it off, not me. If I had not needed it I would have driven away and ordered it from Lowes. By the time I got it clean 3 other associates were gathered around me as I cleaned it. None of them offered to help. Ridiculous!

Received a lawn mower that had grass still in it. No big deal as I threw it out and mowed the lawn. They thrn charged me $55 for a cleaning fee when I returned it dirty. I stated I returned it in the same state I received it and they said they didn't put a note in that it was dirty so they not only failed to clean it before giving it to me but failed to note that it wasn't clean.

Wayne from piping did a phenomenal job assisting me today. I went to Lowe's this morning and did not get the things that I needed or any help. I decided to come to Home Depot and not only did I find all the supplies that I needed but this incredible gentleman help me from start to finish and completely understood my vision for industrial shelves. He went out of his way to take time, considering my desires, and making them happen from start to finish. He help me find everything I needed, as well as cut my material and re-threaded some pipe to fit. It also doesn't hurt that he was great at making me laugh. In a world where most employees are just skirting by to make hourly, Wayne was a complete breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they are still great men out there that want to help and provide their skills with pride.

I tried to reserve a framing nail gun. My reservation was canceled because the person who rented it didn't return it when he said he would. home depot rental only has one framing nail gun. Scheduling your work and depending on home depot tool rental is a waste of time.

We were having French doors delivered . They changed the delivery date without asking or telling us . Then the next day the doors were suppose to be delivered this morning and the delivery guy was suppose to call thirty minutes before coming never called . I got a text that my delivery had been delivered which we were suppose to have to sign for never signed for them . The guy left the doors out on the ground in the rain . I called and talk to a manager there that was the manager on duty he was no friendly and just said oh well it is done now thanks for calling and I will let the delivery guys manager know they need to do better !!!! I have a herniated disc in my back and had to help my husband get the door in out of the weather and now I am Hurting!!! ! I am beyond upset and will NEVER EVER buy anything at this store again !!! The lady I spoke to yesterday was kind and helpful the manger on Duty today was Rude and hung up while I was still talking !!!!

Was one of my favorite stores until today. Going to have to switch to Lowes which js out of my way, but it’s all about the principle. HD no longer allows the cashier to assist with military discounts; must use the app. However, the app is faulty and you can’t do much of anything, even when you have service, but on top of that, when in the store, no matter what phone I have used, I cannot get service inside of home depot ever, so how on earth are you supposed to use the app and use the discount? It tells me that the discount is merely a check-the-block and stakeholders are not really concerned on whether vets can actually use the discount.

WOW! I feel like I may have switched from Lowes to Home Depot. Lowes has better military discount opportunities which is why I shop there more. But the service and the vibe of Home Depot was sooooo much better than what I get at Lowe's. I will most likely start shopping here more. They have a great selection to choose from for all items too.

I purchased a refrigerator 2 years ago from Home Depot and I have been trying for almost a year for someone to come out and do a minor repair to no avail. I even went to the store. and got the same run around. I will never buy an appliance from here again.

Doesn't even deserve a 1. Today I rented a Tracked Skid Steer at 6am. The machine was not only filthy when we picked it up (we were told it would be an extra fine of $200 if we returned it dirty) but the "Rental Equipment Check-Out Form" issued with the rental contract was left blank, the associate oversaw hook-up and walked away claiming the machine was dirty because someone else had checked it in, not him. At 9:30am, we had a concern that we wanted to talk to an associate about regarding the track and our coverage/what to do. After over half an hour of being transferred between customer service (who wouldn't let you speak before transferring the call mid sentence) and equipment rentals (who simply never answered) I gave up and requested a manager. Bret (manager) finally informed me that there was an entirely different number to call, still affiliated with Home Depot, for big equipment rentals. So, we called that number. After over half an hour waiting, we finally got through to a representative, who ended the call before I could get any information. So I called again. This time, they take down the phone number and address and tell us that a technician would call back eventually. 2 hours later, still no call, so I call again. This time, almost an hour on hold with no end in sight, no answers, and a disabled machine still sitting in the middle of a project that remains unfinished. So much for 24 hour rental! Never Again!

Where is the manager when you need her. Cashier stated she was getting a manager( chrissy) and that was 30 min ago. Only for cashiers to look at us like we stole something when in all actuality they got the merchandise we paid for and my merchandise was not ready. Girl with long lashes in customer service came over to try to explain to me what I already knew. Yet no assemblers was available and oh they don't know the assemblers schedule. And guess what no chrissy. Piss poor service. All we ask is communication. Had you called to say the assemblers were unavailable we would have not made the trip. And oh yea, please hire a manager that actually makes times for customers even on a Sat. If Sat are too busy maybe chrissy need not work on Sat.
