Brian Jones the manager of the store is rude and provides terrible customer service. Corporate offices advised me to call back and advise them of the pet wash cannot be closed two hours early. He refused service. Please do not waste your time with Brian Jones at this store.

The last two times I’ve been here to get propane, on a Saturday, they said they were either out of propane or equipment was broken. Can’t depend on them for filling propane.

UNSANITARY WOMEN'S BATHROOMS
After bathing my dog I went to use the restroom only to find two stalls the toilet paper was on the ground and the other was on the back of the toilet. It is very unsanitary to have multiple people handling the toilet paper including the floor. How are people supposed to feel safe to use your restrooms when there is no sanitary product's to wipe with.

Came during the end of day for propane for an emergency. They had no intention on helping us. Said it was down for the night. I asked to speak to manager. She wouldn't help or even offer any suggestion. The employee DJ was not about to help us- lazy.. Really poor customer service. The girl at the couner did make a suggestion which wasn't bad. But I wasn't going to waste my money there. Went to Walmart.

Overheard a senior employee, a manager, tell a younger employee to just tell someone that they don't have an item when they don't know where it is. The person was me, and they don't carry paint drop cloths. I know a tarp would do in a pinch, maybe tell your employee to make that kind of suggestion of things you do have when you don't have something in stock? Save yourself a trip and just go to Home Depot.

In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!

TSC has the horse feed and supplies I need. They are happy to load in my car and order supplies not available in the store. They go above and beyond in getting what you need from other stores for your horses.

Absolutely love this place. They have tools, work clothes, shoes/boots, items for multiple types of animals and my favorite - dog bath. $10 per dog is a great deal (please clean up after yourself). They have soaps, towels and a blower. The staff is wonderful and helpful and they even have a mobile vet that comes in. My dogs love their in-house brand dog food and it saves me money after prices went skyhigh.

I went to Tractor Supply's website to order some Corid for same day delivery earlier this month. Their service is great online and in-store. They were the only place who had some Corid in stock and I desperately needed some for my sick chicks. Their communication is wonderful. I'm very pleased with the good service they always seem to provide.
