Trott LLC is truly phenomenal! Their service was incredibly fast, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. I only had my lunch break to complete fingerprinting on a tight deadline, and she had me in and out in under 15 minutes! The fingerprinting manager was an absolute joy to work with—she had me laughing and genuinely enjoying the process the entire time. She also took the time to clearly walk me through everything that needed to be done to ensure all materials were accepted and good to go, which made the experience completely stress-free. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this business. Amazing customer service all around—highly recommend using Trott LLC!

Kinda small, but homie in its own way. My appointment was at 2:10 and I arrived at 2:00 was seen before my designated time. The staff was professional and courteous (can’t remember names). The process itself was quick and easy.

Although it was out of my way to use Trott for fingerprinting and notary services, it was well worth it. The fingerprint technician was friendly, very helpful, and efficient. The fees are very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Trott again. Highly recommended!
