We rented a truck and car transport at this location and once my husband got on the road the lights on the car transport did not work. We called back to see if they could offer assistance or switch out with a properly working car transport and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, said that it was no longer there problem and we should have done an inspection (which they did) I can't help that literally 10 minutes into the drive they stop working. Honestly, I am so sick of lazy people not wanting to do their job. I wish I got her name so I could report her to Uhaul because she should not be working there. In no capacity should that be their response. Try a different location because its trash here.

Very friendly, but overworked people. I stopped in a day early toget my vehicle checked out and to verify that a trailer was going to be available the next day for pickup. At that time I noticed the trailer was covered with red clay mud on the outside. This was not removed by the time I picked it up.

Dismissive know it all behind the counter. Wouldn’t do a simple adjustment to my hitch head. Told me my truck was too light for the load carrying, without looking at capacity. Sent me next door to a truck repair place that was closed. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Made reservations for a truck 4 days in advance and something told me to go early to pick it up....No truck , they didn't even try to find another....Oh well Penske will be getting my money from now on...

Mr.& Mrs. William (owners) does good business. From what I observed they are people with integrity and great customer service. I'm glad I found them in the area.

Horrible experience manager was out running errands in truck that we reserved at 12 when I complained at 12 20 that it was taking to long he told me to leave the store he had no timefor me and my attitude. Manger took propane bottle out of rental truck and put in personal vehicle. Horrible experience!!!

Easy process! At first took me a minute, I forgot to log in my account to get a confirmation sent to my phone to verify it's me before I could go through the steps in returning the truck. But overall this was my 1st experience returning a U-haul this way and it wasn't bad.

Never had this much trouble renting a truck. My license has a crack so haul required me to use location with counter service. I just needed to show ID in person and had completed everything else online including providing approved wells fargo debit card with visa logo and was approved for everything except the in person check in for damaged drivers license. Spoke with customer service and they handed everything but that part before I went to this location I was told. Get there and owner claimed the computer was saying my uhaul account was frozen for 30 days and i could not rent. Asked if i was a criminal. That puzzled me BC i just got off phone with CS so I called back and waited 20 minutes to get live agent who had me put him on speaker phone to say he sees no flags or negative remarks on my account and all they needed to do there was physically check my DL number. He tells his wife to pull my account back up and finish. She gives me total for 5 days rental including mileage which was almost $500. So after confirming with husband the correct amount of funds immediately available i gave her my WF visa debit that was used to reserve and approved through CS already. She immediately told me only major cards accepted, she couldn't take my payment.. Ive rented many uhauls before and never had issue if im paying total cost at pickup with approved visa debit. I left and immediately called customer service where I was told this woman lied. My card was approved for rental beforehand. He deeply apologized and asked if I had time to speak with formal grievance dept and set up another reservation at different dealer

Alvin “the manager” was VERY rude. Poor customer service skills and nasty attitude. I’ve NEVER had any issues with renting a uhaul until I visited this location. He refused to give me his name and the name of the store manager so that I would be able to file a complaint. He acted as if I was wasting his time and that he had better things to do than to service a customer. Would NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Not off to a good start with u haul. I had reservations but just as I should have predicted there were cancelled. Get this they're not concerned . If everyone knew what it has taken for me to get the moon in line to make this happen today the world would be flooded from tears .There always tomorrows we pray

The truck was the best u-haul I have rented. Clean and a smooth ride. The owners were really friendly and nice.
