This location is NOT 24/7 especially if you order extra equipment with your rental!!! Had a self pick up set for 8am, only to arrive and be told that I need to wait until 9am opening time. The reason being that no one prepared a vehicle for us OR the dolly that we had rented. DO NOT do the app pick up and just stick to regular hours.

Two workers handling the work of four people and they did great, I had no issues at this location and it was a relief to have a working solution for moving my stuff 12 hours away. Great place, highly recommend.

Great experience. We needed a UHaul on super short notice, booked online, and were taken care of immediately. Staff went above and beyond to flip the hitch to better fit our truck.

Well my experience was excellent. Guys at the desk were super friendly. Got a tow hitch installed and they took extra care to get all the right parts for my car after I reserved the wrong parts. They finished it up pretty quickly. No issues!

Came in at 1130 just to be told at 1150 the equipment wasn’t returned. Then had the audacity to lie and say they only have a truck at Gordon highway . How very tacky of you all

I used the 30 day free storage unit they were offering after the hurricane destroyed my house. I had moved out before the 30 days were up and I see that there was a hold on my card for the rental fee. I called corporate and my bank and both confirmed that this hold should be reversed before the end of the business day. I checked my account again to see that the charge had been pushed through, so now I have to wait 2-3 days for a refund on a charge that should have never been placed to begin with.

It was sort of confusing at first bc it was my first time using the truck share 24/7...but then it made sense afterwards lol. It was a lil cool app. Will use again if I have to.

Nothing I made my reservation in my name only to be connected to michael chalker whom I do not know from a can of paint. Then I got the U-Haul online at a price where one month of the storage was free only for them not to honor it. Then it's not available they send me somewhere else for it also not be available so I had to ride around to find another storage place on Dean's Bridge. Then two weeks later get a email that says I'm being charged and additional 98.00 dollars without my permission. I will NEVER deal with the Wrightsboro Rd location again. During this ordeal the boss lady said she'll fix it for me to go on. For NOBODY to remember my situation the next day but charge my card additional fees without permission. So I paid damn near 300 to move day and forth from peach orchard to 56 Mike Padgett
