I called three times and was asked to hold. I was on hold for over five minutes. I hung up and waited awhile then called back with the same outcome, put on hold and forgotten. I will find somewhere else to do business with.

Tried to rent a truck, arrived no vehicle in the lot and the store was locked. I called the help line and was told it was a glitch in the system (lol) and nothing could be done.Real professional guys

Terrible service, especially from the manager, Cheryl! Units are not well maintained, my stuff was damaged and I had to go through corporate to get anything done.

Very nice and helpful. The place I had set up did not have storage large enough to fit my items. They called around a sent me to this place. Best ever. Very accommodating had me all set up and my access card when the unliaders were finished. Always nice when I came to the unit.

Worst experience ever from the woman running this one. I was told if I didn't bring truck back by 6am they would call the police. And told young man setting it up to charge me an additional $50. The passenger door would not close all the way and upon the one time it was opened it became jammed and would not close. Needed to rent truck longer and went to location to handle and was there for 4 hrs. Never said they require 100 cash deposit. Upon leaving and returning back with the cash deposit it was 2 mins before closing time and the hateful woman locked the door and refused to rent the truck to me which had my furniture in it. I stood outside crying and pleading, in the rain, and she said maybe I will after I do my inventory. She made me wait outside for over an hour. While waiting I called corporate. Next day upon returning the truck I was agressively approached by a black older gentleman who said some very rude comments to me and said I had no business calling corporate. Hateful awful people running this facility and I don't recommend them at all. Needs shut down immediately. Worst customer service and will never use uhaul again
