I came in to rent a truck to haul my brand new rims and tires to put on my Bmw 535i xdrive they told me they didn't have one even though the app said this location was the only location with a small truck but no problem I just wanted to accomplish my mission so they said they had a van even though they didn't have what I wanted they still accommodated me and the mission could go foward and plus the employee was friendly and respectful and even laughed at my jokes lol finally I accomplished the mission returned the van everything was a breeze so they earned my business just by being respectful, polite and providing good service it's rare these day so when I experience it I got to let it be known that there are still good people on this planet.

Lawrence is a stand up guy. I initially had some issues with a UHaul order when the requested truck was never available for pickup at the Wheeler Rd outlet. I was there, the truck was there, but only then was I told it was down for service. I returned to the Washington Road UHaul and dealt direct with Lawrence who set up a rental the same afternoon. I'd recommend this location anytime.

This place is the worst. they have no rentals but they have listed availability. you show up and they have nothing. Wasted time and money and they don't even have staff come talk to me he sent his small child to tell me nothing was there.

Rented a truck and turned it in the same day. We had no issues. It was kinda dirty on the inside, but that doesn't really matter. This place had a lot of available trucks and is run out of a gas station. I think a lot of people don't use this place because of 2 bad reviews. But after this being our 2nd time getting a truck this year, it was super easy to do with this location. We will definitely be using them again.

Worst unprofessional rude lied about the condition the truck was in when we rented it and when it was bought back. I do not recommend this uhaul business ?

Very unprofessional. They were not very helpful with us or another customer coming in behind us. They never explained anything about operating the truck, never provided a damage report so we could ensure we were not charged for previous damage so I had to video all corners of the truck. I would not use them again.

Don’t rent U-Haul from here these ghetto gas station attendants don’t get paid enough to care about customer service. Costing me 4 hours on my moving day. Total nightmare

THE WORST EVER!!!! I've been renting from uhaul for at least 30 years & from just about everywhere in the country. This place is without a doubt the WORST EVER!!! Nevermind doing uhaul, how do they keep the store running? The idiot working there today was so slow, condescending, & apparently had selective hearing. Mobile rentals should take no more than 10 min at most. It took just about an hour. Almost 40 min of that was waiting for the key to be handed over! Finally got the key, got home & called uhaul immediately. The gas was not right & no hand truck was in the back. I notmally would check before leaving, but was furious with the wait time. NEVER AGAIN!! Do yourself a favor. Don't rent, shop, buy gas, or anything else which involves intetaction with the moron behind the counter.
