I have taken my vehicle to Up North Auto and Jay and his Wife is very nice and Jay is very knowledgeable and explains things about my vehicle and gives me preventative maintenance on how to keep my BMW running smoothly. He definitely makes me feel comfortable. Thanks for servicing my vehicle's.

Very pleased with service and prices. He was able to change my oil with skilled precision after I've been told by 2 other mechanics at oil changing places that they couldn't get my oil pan screw out and I would need a whole new oil pan. $500+ ???Up North Auto solved my issue for under $55. He saved my car's life and my wallet at the same time!!! ??????I highly recommend!!!Service: Oil change

So I wish I would of read the other reviews before I trusted him. I paid over 1200 with work with this man. He broke serveral things on my car and didn’t say anything. The first thing he broke I called and told him, he say it wasn’t him and said I could review camera. The secoind this was the alternator bracket and the instead of putting it in correctly he put it in wrong. My car stop running and had to get diagnose on it. It was said the tension was not put in correctly and cause if alternator to be tilted. It cost me extra 350 to get it done the right way. THIS IS A HONEST COMPANY AND I WOULDNT TRUST HIM. That shop is nasty and filthy as well
