Absolutely do not try to sell to them unless you don’t care what they take or how much you get for it.
I wanted to wait for the items yesterday and they told me it was easier to just do a drop off. So I figured no worries. I’ve sold to other store and to many Plato’s closet store before without issue.
However today when I returned to get the not purchased items they told me that I had no option to collect the “bought” items. For a total offer of $11. They only took two things out of the two bins I dropped off. Likely the brand new jeans that I could have sold myself for $20 or more. But they were unable to even tell me which items they kept so I have no idea what they took in exchange for the measly $11.
Overall worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand this is not the employees decision but this seems like an ethically poor business practice.

WOW! COMPLETE waste of time. Brianna is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! We brought in a big buy she didn’t even look through over half of it she just arm pushed it in the container. Then her and Jace talked about drunk driving and how Jace shouldn’t drink and drive when she can’t drive to begin with. I had a coach Hobo bag BRAND NEW with tags $478 she offered me $15 for it, saying it would be sold for 75% of retail and I would get 30% of that. Then when I confronted her that I saw her not even look at over half she said she knew by looking at an entire stack it wasn’t her style. I will NEVER return to this location. Honestly, it was disappointing.
