I have had multiple packages that were supposed to be delivered to my house on base marked as "delivered to a parcel locker". We don't have parcel lockers and I don't have my packages. I haven't gotten any help from the staff here at the USPS to resolve this issue. They need to be audited soon for how often they seem to lose packages. Completely unacceptable

Not much the review here just your typical post office. However they close at 4:30 but they shut their doors 15 minutes early, that’s just crazy

Those who have positive reviews must have been dealing with the aforementioned lady named "Cheryl" who apparently gets the job done. As a company that is always sending packages or mail to Fort Eisenhower, we have NOT been pleased at all with the lack of delivery not only of multiple packages, but even envelopes. They leave everything right there at the Post Office, and our own employees are forced to have to drive all the way over from the office on the other side of the base, and pick it all up. Regardless of the issue, (staffing, attitude, work ethic, etc.), it needs to be fixed. SOON. No excuse.
Their claim here is a joke: From United States Postal Service
"Visit your local Post Office™ at 411 36th St! The U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®) is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to "every residential and business address........"

Walked in today to drop off packages and the lady at the counter ignored me and continued to play on her phone while i stood in front of her. Then had the nerve to ask if i was ready after 4 minutes of silence.

One slow person working the counter all day is not enough

The Post Master or who ever is in charge really needs to evaluate the amount of employees it needs to properly run this facility.. Packages are not being delivered and just simply being marked as delivered, because they don't have anyone to sort mail. You will be better off getting a box with UPS and having everything delivered by other carriers. This is by far the worst USPS I have seen when coming to management.

It is my personal belief and assertion that the negative reviews need to perform some expectation management.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I guess the younger people on post haven't been in enough Postal Offices. It's been quiet and quick compared to MANY other USPS. I drive the extra bit to avoid the congestion of other POs. I'll update my review if I have a negative experience, but so far everyone has been pleasant, courteous and most importantly, quick.

I’ve gone to this location a few times. Always understaffed and sometimes you get hit or miss with the person ringing you up. One of them was having a personal conversation on their phone while trying to ring up my box and the other lady was just rude.

Super slow 50 minutes and I couldn't send my package, only one employee per shift
