Our delivery person keeps spamming us with letters and notes saying our mailbox is blocked by vehicles/trash cans....it's NOT!!!!! vehicles are always in the driveway and the trashcan is always on the curb! And when you try to call the god forsaken office to figure out what tf their problem is they NEVER answer! Horrible customer service.

My postal carrier is the best! He works so hard. I sell and order a lot through the mail and he's always friendly and timely to my doorstep.

This is the absolutely the worst psot office that I have ever dealt with. I mailed out a legal document which this office refuses to deliver and or update the delivery status. My document was mailed on August 5, 2024 and a delivery attempt was made on August 10 with a note that the busines was closed and the redilivery was scheduled for the next business day which was August 12.. Here it is August 28 and no delivery attempts were made.
Who ever is over these office needs to be fired. I will be filing my grievances.

How lazy do you have to be to leave a large box on the curb of the street instead of the front door? Make it easier for package thieves right? They dont even need to get out of the car.. shameful and mediocre service.

Mail gets misdelivered on a monthly basis. I will say that it typically gets resolved within 3-4 days but it shouldn't take a missing mail inquiry every time I'm expecting a package.

People were generally nice but I had to return 4 times to get a key to my mailbox. Every time they didn’t have the paperwork that I filled out
or know what was going on.

I ordered a package that went through this office and they said they "attempted delivery" when in fact they just decided they didn't want to bring the package to my door, then whoever handles their complaints was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered on the phone. USPS needs to do better.

I paid for an overnight package that was delivered 4 days later. I proactively worked with this location. For days, no one even the management staff assisted in locating the package (the internetwas down...yeah, right). No accountability by staff and management was worst. I just kept hearing, we dont know where it is. Do you want me to open a service case? For the 10th time for you to call me back with the same answer? OMG NO!....I will never, ever, use this location again. Better yet, I will never overnight pagages with usps anywhere again. The process only works if the package arrives on time. If something goes wrong, as the customer, you are on your own. Terrible feeling when you pay for speedy service.

2024-04: I recently started utilizing the USPS a great deal more than ever before and I've got to say, I'm impressed with the employees at the Martinez Branch. Most recently, I went in to the counter to drop off a package and a lady named Colinthia also assisted me with a couple of tracking numbers that weren't updating. She was super nice and patient and I really appreciate her pleasant demeanor. A few months back, I shipped a package that ended up going in circles in Atlanta. I put in a inquiry online and a Mr. Joseph (if I remember correctly) from Martinez called me and was and to get my package moving and explained to me what had caused the situation. (A little knowledge helps customers have a lot more patience with the process as a whole!). On another occasion, I had a missed package pick-up request, but he had someone come out immediately and retrieve my outgoing shipment. Also, I've seen a few mail carriers since I've been in the area, and I want to thank the ones I've had the pleasure of talking to for a moment here and there. Thank you for all you do... I appreciate each of you.

We have some of the most efficient friendly and customer service driven staff at our post offices. Kudos to Main Post Office and Martinez Post Office.Our postal service staff drivers are dedicated in getting it right the first time and I truly appreciate all they do to get the mail to us.
