I was told to walk in 9am-12pm to apply for my passport the next day I got there at 9am and they had a line with about 10 people and they said they are not taking anymore walk in,if that was communicated to me day before I would’ve prepared accordingly,these people are Rude,unprofessional and cannot communicate effectively...
