Was told my “priority package” was sent back to my address despite speaking with two representatives telling me that they were going to keep my mail at this post office because my matter was urgent. Not only this but the lady was rude and disrespectful. I would recommend any other service for your mail if you actually want to feel like what your sending is important.

I was told to walk in 9am-12pm to apply for my passport the next day I got there at 9am and they had a line with about 10 people and they said they are not taking anymore walk in,if that was communicated to me day before I would’ve prepared accordingly,these people are Rude,unprofessional and cannot communicate effectively DO BETTER …

Mail carriers don't deliver and when you go inside to pick your package they make it a hassle, nobody that works there checks for online services that they promote on the slips that they leave in your mailbox. Terrible customer support, terrible customer service, terrible workers

Finally, a “good” usps customer service experience!
There was another woman who was wearing a mask that was extremely helpful who took our pictures! Thank you! I didn’t catch her name.

I've had Informed Delivery at this post office. I've had this box since February. Thank God the mail is scanned at another location. Seems as though medicine and financial mail is conveniently getting lost. Called bank and was told statements were mailed out on August 9th.
Earlier this week I saw online medicine had been delivered at 8:20 that morning , but no card in the box. Went to front desk and was rudely questioned about how did I know it was there. I replied informed delivery.
How about the clerk went in the back and brought the medicine right out.
I may be wrong, but she wasn't back there 3 minutes. Which tells me she knew exactly where it was.
Saw one statement online for the bank about 3wks ago. I checked the box that I never received it.
Basically I was told that if I didn't have the tracking number there was nothing that they could do, in these days of technology go figure.
Henceforth if I don't receive the mail during the week that is supposed to come I will screenshot it so I can have the tracking number.
I also had a referral from my Doctor which was delayed incoming I did get it but The top of it was slit and someone had taken out the referral and then put back into the envelope through that little slit, terrible.

Dear Fellow Truckers,
Use Walton way to James Brown BLWD to access right turn with your 53' trailer to the entrance gate which is very tight and has sign on it No Left Truck Trailer turn. Be cautious tight and narrow streets to access USPS building. But doable just be careful. Good luck to everyone! Unloading was fast 15 minutes.

package has been lost in this hole of a distribution center for the last month without any word. I've tried to call usps and they just create a ticket, but nothing has happened on the other end.

I doubt there is a worse USPS in the country. I sent my son a laptop (hes currently in the army in GA). It should have arrived the 9th, it still has not arrived. When I call they are completely unhelpful. I did get a call back from the postal service last week with a call back number. When I called I was repeatedly hung up on. I will never mail a package through any USPS again. Completely disgraceful.
