I think that the postal service at this branch should have gotten enough bad reviews to realize that it needs to be tweaked. It's ridiculous how hard it is to get to speak to a human being! Work on It Damnit??

Have not received my package went to ask about my package was told that the mail man delivered it to the wrong address, I'm still waiting on an email which I will never receive, horrible customer service

Just there for a quick drop off. Dude behind the counter made eye contact, I showed him my stuff, and pointed to ask where I should put it, he pointed, we both nodded and I was out the door. Solid experience.

This place needs to be shut down immediately! The manager Ricky is a liar and so unprofessional. I have file several complaints which they’ll have a manager to contact you about the issue. ( A complete joke) Ricky has called me twice once in the past and one the other day which he lied both times. He told me that he will have a mail carrier to deliver my packages to my door or he will do it, that never happened. Whenever you’re reporting issues about your missing mail, some of the employees will beat you getting mad! I’m so over this place and I’m going to try my hardest to get this place investigated and hopefully closed for good. They have too many bad reviews of the same issues from different people, SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT AT THIS PLACE! I’ve filed 8 complaints within a year. It’s time to go over the USPS head. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, next I’ll be contacting the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A lot of my mail is not coming in my mailbox and just last week Friday, i had a package that showed delivered and it was not in my mailbox.

Usps just said they attempted a delv.. this is a lie. I have cameras on driveway.. Noone has been here.. I was home and gate was open.. been waiting on package all day.. driver should be fired for lying..

This is a very busy location and customer service and efficient. It's just not big enough they need an open to close variation for people with after 5pm hours at least a couple days per week and more tellers for busy hours. I believe that for the amount consumers pay for stamps that this is not an unreasonable request. Also getting a customer signed or card requested return signed by recipient needs a few updated training.

Today, l mail a box that was big, cost a lot to mail, and the nice Clerk 07 found me a smaller box that cost me less to mail . Clerk #07. He is truly God sent. This man goes the extra mile to make a difference. He deserves a raise/promotion. People like him are hard to find in the public and enjoys what he does. I pray he has a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year!!!

Very rude employee. I understand it's Christmas and busier than normal. However, Derrick of the USPS on Peach Orchard rd. was rude, and making smart comments to almost every customer he waited on. He needs some training on customer service skills.

Had an order from temu get switched from ups to my local post office. No big deal I get things are changed sometimes. My problem is with the delivery of my items. They threw my package in the yard and left it. No one came to the door no contact had tried to be made at all. I had valuables in that package I now I have to replace. Don’t throw peoples things into a yard. Horrible service. If you can’t do a job right people need to be replaced.

Our mail carrier can't even do it right now. The manager told me he would send them back out with my package and it's been 2 hours and no package. This place is a mess all the time I can't get my stuff.

Whoever is delivering is a complete IDIOT!!!! Marks mail as delivered and nothing is there!!! Our mail has been going to everyone in our neighborhood but US!!! Call the customer service number for assistance and they're just as CLUELESS AS THE DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!
