“My dog Merlin had somehow injured his right paw. He had a slight limp for which I gave him one canine aspirin. I thought that maybe he had sprained that paw. Fast forward to day #3, having received one canine aspirin a day, I observed that he still had a slight limp. Now he also had a large abrasion on the bottom of the same paw due to his persistent licking. Day #3 was a Friday. I called Aidmore to see if by chance they would be able to see Merlin the following day (Saturday) and thankfully were able to do so. (Now for three days, Merlin did not yelp or cry out in pain. He ate, drank water, and acted normal.) Doctor Simons did a thorough exam of Merlin's paw and determined that he had a soft tissue injury and the abrasion was created by his persistent licking. Dr Simons prescribed a spray on Gentocin topical for the abrasion, and Novox for the tissue injury. Now, three days following his visit with Dr. Simons, Merlin appears to be in the mend. My wife and I have been long-term fur children clients of and absolutely love the Doctors and staff at Aidmore Animal.”

Dr Garner came in to go over his findings and is AMAZING. He spent plenty of time with us to go over his thoughts and concerns and was very transparent. We have always had a great experience here with other providers but Dr Garner is one of a kind and will be moving our animals here for ongoing care.”

“This is a wonderful place. My only criticism is the wait. I can understand waiting when you are a walk-in, no issue there, but when you have an appointment, and still have to wait an hour and a half ... there's issues.It would be a real shame for such a fine practice to be ruined for being too busy to get people in and out in a timely fashion.Again, wonderful doctors ans staff. Time is money, and people who have taken the time to make appointments, deserve to be seen in a timely fashion.”

“My dog Buddy had a cancerous mass removed and I needed to know if everything had been removed. I had the consultation with Dr. Rossman who was kind and very knowledgeable about Buddy’s health. He explained her situation and what was best to do. He was not rushed and encouraged questions about anything I didn’t know or understand. Having a pet with a serious illness is heartbreaking and it helps to have medical care staff that is compassionate as well as knowledgeable. “I am so grateful for the entire staff at Paradise Animal Hospital. Peggy listened to my urgent concern for my dog who was having abdominal pain. She managed to squeeze me in for a same day appoinment. The Veterinary Assistant, Jesse, reviewed the entire history of the situation and treated my dog as if he were her own. Jesse shared everything that they may need to do for my dog. I did not meet Dr. Henderson until after my dog was thoroughly evaluated in her office/treatment room. Dr. Henderson provided a systematic and detailed narrative of her findings. Although I did not witness the actual evaluation of my dog, I came away from the appointment confident in the care my dog received and that Dr. Henderson provided a practical and methodical diagnosis and treatment for my dog. The next day Dr. Henderson called to check on my dog and ensured me that she and her office would be available if I needed them. I did call them the following day, and, as promised, Jesse and Dr. Henderson were available to answer a question about the care for my dog. Thankfully, my dog is back to excellent health. I appreciate all of the help and treatment I received.”
