I know things are hard right now! But I have to say this Walgreens does EVERYTHING they can for their patients!!!! Been coming for years! But just came tonight and with ALL the chaos Augusta has been through this team was killing it with customer service! I use them not only for me but many of our hospice patients and I could not recommend them more!!!!! Was super impressed by the care tonight as always!!! Thank you for all you do!!!! Please know you are appreciated!!!!!

Not a fan of the pharmacy keeping my credit card information…
Gave pharmacy ID and written prescription. Fills what’s in the computer-doesn’t look at paper. Now because it’s close to lunch I’ve got to come back after 3 hours because you failed to do your job.
What is wrong with people! Why can’t you just do your job! You’re open till a specific time-do your job UNTIL that time, stop curtailing services because “you’re about to go to lunch” or you’re “about to close”. You aren’t! You’re open…do your job.
star is only for the store not the pharmacy. Worse than Eisenhower pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff is rude. They need to learn how to deal with customers. I simply want to pick up my prescription, pay and leave. You need to drop the sense of entitlement and attitude and learn manners.

I had an extremely negative experience with this pharmacy location. We are visiting from another state. We were informed by our regular pharmacy (not Walgreens) that they couldn’t ship my daughter’s meds out of state. Our pharmacy told us that we’d need to ask Walgreens to call them to arrange for a prescription transfer. I called Walgreens and gave the pharmacy tech all of the information and he said that yes, Walgreens can do that. Two days later, I called Walgreens to find out when I could pick up the meds. An extremely sassy person in the pharmacy told me that the receiving pharmacy was mistaken and that our pharmacy needs to call Walgreens, not the other way around. Well, why did the other pharmacy tech promise me two days prior that it could be done? And if he later found out that it couldn’t be done from his supervisor, why weren’t we contacted? Now our pharmacy is closed until after the New Year and my daughter can’t obtain her medication. I’m disgusted. Walgreens is inefficient and incompetent. If you use this location, you’d be well-advised to switch to another one. It’s clear that the employees are poorly trained - and rude, as well. If I could give zero stars, I would. Learn how to run your pharmacy, Walgreens!

When I picked up my prescription , usually the pharmacist asks if you have any questions, nope nada nothing the clerk just handed me the bag of three different meds and no one said a word. ??♀️

This pharmacy should have no stars period. Absolutely insane how long you have to wait to get your meds especially when the initial visit they give you someone else’s meds.

Prescription was sent to pharmacy on Tuesday. I requested home delivery. Today is Saturday and still waiting for prescription to be picked up and delivered.

This pharmacy’s service was incredibly disappointing. After a 10-minute wait in the drive-thru, they informed me my prescription wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, I returned five hours later, only to be told it was still not ready. It’s a complete letdown.

Rude rude rude. Did I mention that they were rude? Waited on hold for 20 min before a rude man answered the phone. They could use some customer training. We normally use the Walgreen's on Washington &belair where they seem to be friendlier and more efficient. Don't use them. I know that I won't make that mistake again!!!!
