I went to this Walgreens for the first time yesterday and the customer service was 10/10 . I appreciated Luana and everyone that assisted me that went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was able to get everything I needed. Thank you

Make sure you check the food product you are getting because they leave out expired products on the shelf. Bought diet coke and was expired on 02/10/2025. Writing this review on 02/17/2025.

Lady at the counter scanned my items more than once by accident and I had paid but over paid because of the mistake. which wasn’t a big deal but they didn’t give me my money back. manager offered for me to wait a while because she was too busy to fix my payment she said she had stock here.. Manager was rude didn’t express any concern for me being over charged didn’t believe me. My receipt was digital to an email I used when I worked at Walgreens as a high schooler. Went here to by a razor and tooth paste and tooth brush paid $30..make that make sense. $2 tooth brush 10$ razor $2 toothpaste.

I had to grab a few things during a business trip, and I was so impressed by the woman running the store at 8pm! It seemed like she was by herself, running the registers and photo section all at the same time with several customers and she didn’t miss a beat! She was so sweet and friendly!

Worse pharmacy i’ve ever dealt with. They always put you on hold for almost 20 minutes and eventually wait until you hang up. They never give updates on prescriptions, or communicate well. really upsetting and annoying when it could be simple. I definitely wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. What kind of establishment doesn’t notify you when your medication is ready — instead cancels it after you’ve been waiting over two months to get it filled because it’s on “back order”. I called today because a friend of mine, who is on the same medication, said his was filled. The pharmacist told me it is in stock but they’ve decided not to fill mine because my prescribing doctor is in Atlanta. WHY COULDN'T YOU HAVE TOLD ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Especially when I’ve been periodically checking in only to be lied to that my medication is out of stock.

What a treasure Eula is at this location! She lights up the store with her smile and keeps her customers happy. Hopefully Walgreens realizes how extraordinary a person and employee she is. Personable and professional. The total package!

I love this Walgreens. Get several medications there. They are on it with refills and text's to let you know they are ready. Oftentimes the pharmacy is understaffed. They are very busy. My doc misspelled a medication and she called me quite concerned about me and the reaction might have to the med.

By far the worst experience I've ever encountered from a pharmacy. Customer service, attention to detail and professionalism is out the window. I wouldn't recommend this particular pharmacy. I tried to report to a supervisor and that was no help. They will pick the phone up and place you back on hold continuously until you get tired and hang up.
