This is the worst place to get a Rx. Pharmacy has the worst customer service. On hold for 47 minutes. I had to get the store manager to go ask them to answer the phone. There auto system says your Rx is ready but when you get there to pick it up it isn't.

I recently had a frustrating experience at the Walgreens pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, I was charged the wrong price for my prescription. When I brought this to their attention, the response was lackluster and dismissive. Issue was never resolved and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.
I expected better from a well-known pharmacy. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere if you want decent customer service and accurate pricing.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Walgreens on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, Georgia. As a veteran and a long-standing customer of Walgreens, I find it both troubling and disheartening to be compelled to draft such a critical review, but the ongoing issues at this location demand attention.
To begin, the staff’s attitude is a significant concern. On more than one occasion, I have encountered dismissive and unprofessional behavior. For example, being told that a product or service “only costs a little bit of money” is not only condescending but also entirely inappropriate. Such remarks fail to acknowledge the fact that these costs are not borne by the employee making the comment, and they reflect poorly on the store’s commitment to customer respect and empathy.
Furthermore, the pharmacy department at this location is in dire need of reassessment. Whether due to understaffing, lack of proper training, or a general indifference toward work ethics, the level of service provided is wholly inadequate. Professionalism in a pharmacy is not a luxury—it is a necessity. Customers rely on pharmacy staff to be diligent, courteous, and precise, yet this location consistently falls short of those standards.
Compounding the issue is the inaccessibility of management. I have attempted to contact the store manager on multiple occasions, only to find them perpetually unavailable to address concerns. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and further explains why this Walgreens location struggles to maintain even a satisfactory reputation among its customers.
It is evident from the numerous poor reviews that these issues are not isolated incidents but rather a pattern of negligence. If the management and staff are unwilling or unable to make meaningful improvements, the store’s reputation will continue to suffer.
While I would be more than willing to revise or remove this review if these concerns are adequately addressed, I cannot ignore the systemic problems I have observed. As it stands, I am both appalled and disappointed by the state of this location, and I strongly urge corporate leadership to intervene to resolve these recurring issues.

This has to be the sorriest excuse of customer service I have had. Was in ER last night and this morning I just wanted prescription transferred another location near me. They closed out the description and between that them and other location could not do simple request.WILL NEVER EVER USE WALGREENS AGAIN and I am sorry I got irate but as a customer I don't need to be treated stupid!

Lousy pharmaceutical technicians! Even though it's close to the doctors office. We won't go back at this location. We waited two days for zpak to be filled. And then it took for us to ask for the pharmacist.

There was Halloween goldfish on clearance it said for 90% off. Was trying to buy for my baby but the lady refused to sell it to me for the clearance price. I showed her where there were more and the clearance sign and she still refused to and said I have to pay full price. Really disappointed in the worker here.
