Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The process was quick, but the pharmist was very unprofessional, in giving me my perscription, he loudly says what I was taking the meds for. This was not called for.

I took my son to receive a flu shot at this pharmacy on 11/18/21. Not only was the wait extremely long, for being the first person in line, but the pharmacist, Brandon Jump, was very confrontational and unprofessional. I watched him touch every surface in the pharmacy, including his face, equipment and doors, with the same gloves. This went on for at least 10 minutes. His arms were actually sweating by the time he finished. He then sat down to give my son his shot. I asked him if he could please change his gloves. He gave me an annoyed look and said, “why? They’re for me.” I explained that he has spent the last 10 minutes touching every surface with those same gloves and I would like it if he could please change them. He stalked away to change them in an exaggerated fashion and then looked at me and sarcastically said, “better?” This is not the way you would like to be treated by a professional, especially one who has been extended the greatest level of respect in return. Everyone else at this Walmart have been great. This guy needs an attitude adjustment.

The ladies were very nice and helpful. One tried her very best to help me get a discount to help with the cost of my daughter's prescription. She really cared and it showed!?

So let's talk about poor customer service. I came In to replace my Keurig coffee maker that has died. While looking at the different models they had in stock, I found one on clearance for 50.00...same sku and color that is listed in the Walmart app. According to the app, this branch did not have any in stock, so I would assume it was a return or something of that sort. Imagine my surprise when the customer service rep or the supervisor on shift would neither honor the site clearance price or even take the time to check their system to see if the item was just not Marked yet at their site. The attitude I got when I asked for names just further proved their lack of real customer service.

Good customer service, low prices, with short waiting times, although they do occasionally run out of medication. I switched pharmacy's for insurance purposes and I've been pleasantly surprised.

I'm not normally a fan of Walmart but they have cheapest Rx prices in my opinion. I went on a Tuesday evening and they were SO busy. Adrienne, one of the techs, gave incredible customer service not to just me but every other customer she helped even when they were visibly upset with how long their medicine was taking. She would check on their order personally and always had a smile and looked genuinely happy to serve everyone she spoke with. I had the flu that night and that really brightened my evening and took my mind off of it momentarily. Adrienne is a gem! Thank you!

The store is fine. I have no complaints. The auto center though...it leaves little to be desired. If they are short of technicians, say so. Don't make me think the wait for an oil change is 30 minutes and it turn into almost two hours. Because I'm a procrastinator, I waited. It's just getting worse. Otherwise, the store, the grocery dept is fine. One tip: the traffic on BJE is crazy between 4pm and 6pm.

Worst customer service ever. Don't bother asking questions to employees like the location of an item or even if they carry it. The employees won't even look at you and if they do acknowledge you it's with an eye roll. Jeez Walmart... take pride in who you hire or stop advertising your "excellent customer service". Is it possible to post zero stars because that's what this place needs for customer service..

Worst customer service in the auto service center. Store is always in shambles. Hate visiting this location. Only go there for emergency needs or on late night grocery runs. Never enough registers open. Customers are inconsiderate and rude.

Overall rating: 4.5/5. Open 24/7, organic products bursting with flavors (i.e.: organic blueberries, organic cherry tomatoes, etc.) and healthy options available such as a good selection of all natural herbal teas without soy lecithin, some sustainable products available like one of their Great Value toilet papers made out of recycled components, affordable anti-mildew shower liners and shower curtain hooks, friendly and customer-oriented staff, fast check-out, a hairdresser on-site, large parking lot, convenient location, etc. It would be perfect if this Walmart were to carry organic raspberries, organic blackberries, unsulfured and unsweetened dried mangos, non-toxic anti-dandruff shampoos, etc.
