I have used the grocery pickup/delivery service ever since the moment it was rolled out. I was so excited to not have to shop myself!! They have literally never gotten my order wrong but the other day they accidentally left off a couple things. I called and talked to the "Digital IT Lead", Joy. She was soooo helpful and found my items and rectified the whole "issue." Joy is awesome at customer service!! You have an awesome employee in her!

This place is a constant madhouse. Why? I don't know/ it's not a super Walmart. There are multiple grocery stores surrounding it to include Food Lion and Kroger. They are not open 24/7.

Check out her is a hot mess. NEVER enough cashiers. Need to have more than one person checking out. I hate self check out. I never go here if I have to do a weekly shopping trip becsuse if this. The only plus is that the store is very clean and the prices are low. The prices aren't enough to keep me as a shopper because of the lack of cashiers.

My wife walked in at 5pm. They said her prescription would be 20 minutes. After checking, they couldn't find my insurance so my wife drove home. My insurance called them and said they didn't put it in correctly. I drive back up there to pick up my wife's prescription at now 6:20 and it will be ready in 15 minutes.... I'm glad my wife wasn't still waiting here since 5pm on her 20 minute wait.

After several visits I’ve realized if you’re not walking in or hand delivering your prescription through drive up, your faxed in prescription gets pushed back until closing then put in the front for next morning filling. Guess it’s like taking your car to the shop if you wait it gets done, if you leave it gets pushed back. Not good customer service. It was never like this before, just starting to notice this in the last couple of months.

Fantastic store. Been customer from the beginning. The management team is always attentive to customers. All the associates are very nice and it shows. Clean floors, well lit. I only have one complaint and that is their store phone is never answered. Only the Pharmacy will answer when you call. I have called many times and it rings off the hook. Needs to be addressed sooner than later I. M. H. O. I shop here three times a week on average. If you want a Great Grocery Store shop here on South BelAir Road in Martinez. Just a stone's throw from I-20 too.

This location makes for a pleasant shopping trip. The store is clean, well kept, not noisy, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, it's the right size to have what I need without wearing me out walking, though I do go to one of the Super Walmart's on occasion (but only when absolutely necessary!) due to a wider variety of choices. This is now my main grocery shopping place. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, I'm hopeful this is a short-term problem, but in a way this location might be a victim of its own success. As more and more people begin shopping there, stockouts are becoming increasingly apparent. It seems like there needs to be more frequent deliveries, accompanied by increased re-stock emphasis. But, overall, this is a great place to grocery shop!

Every time I walk in I get greeted by ever worker and see nothing but smiles. This is now my home Walmart. I wish every Walmart was this nice and full of nice workers!

I thought I left a review when this place opened. Nothing new to add. It's nice to just run in and just grab groceries. I do wish at least one of these were open with extended hours. They have everything you need without the fuss of a full sized Walmart. The location to my home is perfect. The traffic is terrible though. My only gripe is the proximity of the fuel area to the store parking. When it's busy, parking and maneuvering in the lot can be tedious.

I really wish I didn't like the Walmart Neighborhood Markets as well as I do. Walmart is notorious for putting these little markets in, running all of the local business out, and then leaving food desserts. That said, you can't beat the prices and the convenience of these stores. It is a real quandary for me. This particular store is always well stocked and has a nice supply of produce, fresh meats, and dairy, as well as a nice sized deli and bakery. The one thing I really like about these little markets is that the parking lots are always clean and well maintained. So - if you need to pick up something quickly and can stomach the politics of Walmart, you'll find a nice little market here. If you are a staunch believer in shopping local, this is not the store for you.
