If I could leave a zero star I would. Had some very polite staff at the front end, however we waited 45 minutes for someone to unlock a vacuum, someone paged twice and asked several associates with no luck until we left. If you need something that needs to be unlocked you’d have a better chance ordering it online

I've asked someone to come to the pet area to open a glass door for an item that's locked away. I went to customer service so they could call someone I had to remind them I needed help in the pet area.however over 30mins ago no one has came yet. Everyone I asked literally about 7 different people and no one has a key!

More than 5 times I've purchased meat from here and it has gone bad before the expiration date. The meat was in the fridge for only a day and a half. I thought something was wrong with my refrigerator until I started buying meat elsewhere and did NOT have the issue of the meat going bad! Be warned!!!

The store lacks adequate assistance, with only a few friendly and helpful employees. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable issue with staff engaging in excessive phone conversations and gossip, which detracts from customer service. Additionally, there have been alarming incidents of theft witnessed involving an employee.

Ordered a cake 2 days in advance and went over the design of the cake! Only for me to come in today to pick it up and it’s completely wrong! Was told I couldn’t get a discount and that I needed to give her 15 minutes to fix it! If a person cannot comprehend they shouldn’t work in a detailed department such as bakery!!!

Absolutely terrible store to have everything locked up. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get help AFTER walking around trying to find someone to get a glass cage unlocked because there is no working button to call for assistance. Got a cashier to page for assistance and Noone responded so 10 minutes later and trying to call the customer service desk and noone answers, I had to go hunting for someone that actually had a device to unlock the cage then they didn't even know how to operate the device! All this for a $17 pack of razors and $3 shaving cream that probably only cost the store $2 total. Absolutely ridiculous! Walmart needs to eliminate these cages or get more associates access to the unlocking device AND TRAIN THEM TO USE THEM!
