I would not do business at this bank !!!!! When a customer service representative (Jessica) Speaks out in the lobby this is above my pay grade tells another associate to take the phone call she was very rude to my friend which is 90 years old. Please think twice about using this bankWells Fargo used to be all about customer service. Jessica needs to have a course in customer service

Every time I have been to this bank location there is an issue or incorrect information given to me as a customer. Shop and bank small and local, NOT BIG CORPORATE. The bank manager Mike is useless and two of the women tellers are the most incompetent finger counters I have ever experienced, the greeter when answering questions has NO knowledge and gives incorrect information! Poorest business skills and customer service I have ever witnessed and unfortunately had to endure! If the big wigs truly knew how dissatisfied customers were this location, it would not be there or at least the Indian woman, the tall white woman, the young black guy greeter and Mike the manager!!! Disgusted is the nicest thing I have to say!

The teller told me that I would get a $50 if I open up the new account because anyone who works at Doctors hospital gets this benefit. After my night shift, I stayed there for more than 30 minutes to open up this new account. After couple months, I never heard from them, never got $50. Called about 10 times to get Rebecca, who helped me with creating this account, or the manager. They took the message but kept telling me that people who can help with my concerns are all in vacation! No can help for this easy matter? Wow, so couple months passed by again, and I had to physically go into the branch. And guess what Rebecca tells me? "I am sorry, I can't give you $50". It's not about the money, I do not need $50. It's about time creating an account and calling them so many times. And it's about the way how they managed to deal with situation by dragging out and advertising false offer. I was extremely upset and the manager did apologize, which was the only good thing that happened there. Terrible and slowest service I ever got in my entire life.

We popped in to ask about applying for a credit card. The line was long and slow-moving, and we had to wait a while to be seen. The man who eventually helped us seemed really hurried and unfocused. We asked about their card's mileage rewards and the ONLY thing he said was "Yeah, I mean, you can go look online and it will break down all the rewards." It was clear he couldn't be bothered to actually answer questions, so we thanked him and started getting up to leave. Then he asked if we wanted to apply! I almost laughed in his face. I definitely wouldn't go back to this branch.
