My review is based on my experiences from first thing in the mornings, around 6am ish. I work downtown and stop by sometimes on my way to work.So far, I have not really had any issues on the service at this location. The customer service has always been great here!I do have to point out my experience this morning. To the lady I heard in the back this morning, hun I applaud you!! I'm not sure if you are a manager or what your title is, but this morning I have to give you praise on addressing the staff! The world could really use more people like you in this world!! This morning I ordered an ice coffee with my breakfast. When I get to the window to pay I hear a lady say no don't hand that to the customer, that is not what she ordered. Then proceeded to say she ordered a frosty cappuccino. The next thing she said hit my soul! "Everyone I need you to pay attention when we have customers, quit talking and pay attention!" The lady working the window admitted she was talking and said you'll have to excuse me and work with me on my talking. The lady who is addressing everyone said, I understand, I don't mind all of you talking, but to pay attention when there are customers and make sure your attention is on them and their order so the customer gets the right orders first before talking. Now, during this whole conversation going on not once was any of the employees rude to each other, loud, yelling, being mean to one another, or any distasteful remarks being said. Everything that was said was calm, respectful, and positive conversations throughout the employees. THIS is what ALL businesses need!!I can not tell you how many times I have left a drive-thru or sit down restaurant due to employees playing around, not getting orders right, talking and standing around, NO communication to one another at all, telling you twice in a drive thru to hold on when you are the only car in the drive thru and there was not even a line inside (I look inside before going through a drive thru to know if they are busy inside) and then they forget to turn their microphone off and you hear them playing around and cutting up after telling you to hold on.Okay, so now to the food.... I have stopped ordering sweet tea at this location due to in the past the tea was great! Then one day I order sweet tea and it tasted like the tea sat out over night or the urn had not been cleaned fully in a few days. As for the food, I've only had their breakfast since it's always been first thing in the morning. My sandwich is always hot and sometimes my fries are warm instead of being hot.Overall, the customer service I have never had an issue with and the food is either very hot or warm. If you are a sweet tea person like I am...well just be cautious if could be a hit or miss on good tea. I've never been inside first thing in the morning so I am unable to comment on the cleanliness of the inside.

I hate coming to this ghetto behind wendys the young lady that does the front cashier always seems she has a attitude she will greet the Caucasian people but won’t even say anything to her own kind and she always seem like she doesn’t want to be there so why is she even there and the manager with blind hair no hairnet at all like disgusting they served me old fries and nuggets I hate this wendys they need to just redo the whole crew

I've eaten salad there two weeks in a row. The first salad was grilled chicken with fruit and nuts. The cold "grilled" chicken was so old it had turned hardened. The lettuce was old. The apples were brown and rotten in parts. This week I chose the "taco" salad. The chili was excellent. The lettuce was old with black spots and the tomatoes were mushy. The salads here are NOT freshly made daily. I hope the one I ate some of today doesn't make me sick.

I love this wendys but I ha e to be honest sometimes they have people running the windows that really don't have good customer service. They don't give off good energy at all. Also it's been maybe once or twice I've ate there and my burger has been thrown together, too much mayo or ketchup added and I've also noticed when they are rushing they throw everything together and that males the burger even more soggy because the pickle juice from so many pickles being added makes the bread soggy, the onions taste old nit crunchy at all. They have made great meals for me but my last 2 visits were not good and I spent about 25-30 on food for me and my family. I hope they get back to being one of my number one place to eat because right now idk..
