I had the chance to tour Woodcrest Apartments, and I was impressed with the well-maintained grounds and amenities. The apartments themselves were spacious and modern, and the community felt safe and welcoming. If you're in search of a comfortable and convenient place to live in Augusta, Woodcrest Apartments is worth considering.

I've lived here for six years now, and can say with certainty that it's worth your time to come take a look. The staff have been more than accommodating to my wife and I, and undoubtedly go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of.It's clean, quiet and any maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately. I also credit the staff in the office as well with really taking the time to listen and resolve issues in a timely manner as well (They jump on the problem, they don't drag their feet at all.)The property manager is on point as well with resolving any long-standing noise or trash issues. It's refreshing to see him walk the property quite often, and the cleanliness of the place has grown considerably since they took over. One of the better places I've ever lived, and I've moved a lot for work. Not leaving any time soon!

Woodcrest apartments complex is truly one of the best apartments I have lived in!!!! I highly recommend this complex. If you are looking for a clean and quiet neighborhood to call home look no further!!! The staff are friendly, kind and caring!! If you have any questions they are sure to have an answer and solution.

You can probably find something better. The management team is nice but the apartments themselves aren’t worth it. The infrastructure is pretty dated. If you live on one of the bottom floors just know you’ll hear every movement from the people above you. The odds of getting a decent neighbor are pretty low. If you like to come home and relax, work from home or have school work, then I’d look to rent somewhere else. But if you don’t mind loud, inconsiderate neighbors, this is the place for you. The maintenance man was the best thing about the complex. So you should probably pay $100-$200 more to find something better.

This apartment management team is genuinely the best team I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in multiple different properties they oversee and they seriously will work with you and help you out if they can. Every time I go into the office, I end up sitting with them for a bit and joking with them. They are amazing people!

I absolutely love it here. I have been here since the beginning of April. Any issues I may have, I just contact the office and they get them resolved in a timely fashion. The office staff is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have made a better decision on moving into Woodcrest.

It's just ghetto. The apartments are old and cheaply built, so sound leaks and it's drafty. There are issues with pests because their pest management service is unreliable. In the three years I've lived at Woodcrest, I've seen pest control on site about twice. I'm sure they come more often but it isn't enough to feel their presence. I've dealt with pests pretty much on my own. Maintenance is very slow to take care of issues, and there are no emergency maintenance services. Management has changed about four times since I've lived here, which really says something. They've all been pretty bad. Maybe it'll get better, maybe not. But potential renters deserve to know. There's a lot of random parking lot activity (cookouts, kids playing, people hanging out... all in the parking lot). Some of this could be due to the area the apartment complex is in (hood) or it could be due to the caliber of people they're allowing in (also hood). It doesn't look or feel unsafe but it's really crass. Woodcrest was reasonably priced when I moved in but by year three my rent had gone up around $300 overall and this complex isn't worth that. They literally did nothing to my apartment or the community to warrant the rent increase. The amenities they advertise are often inaccessible because they're out of service. Every Sunday, the trash compactor is so full of garbage that it spills out into the road--right at the entryway of the complex. So you'll be greeted by a literal hot pile of garbage. Also the security gate never works. Overall I wouldn't recommend Woodcrest; there are better apartment communities in the city for around the same rental costs. Good luck, happy hunting!

We applied here last Friday 2/11/2022 after my partner lived here for a year back in 2018. We were informed to be contacted back next day Saturday and was not. ( We had to contact them) and were told they had to contact their corporate office and they would contact us Monday. My partner asked about the refurbishment fee being refundable and was told it was but was not told application would have to be cancelled in 72hrs! With that being said we would have had to cancel Monday 2/14/2022 (The same day they were supposed to contact us back). Today we were told we were denied after informing we had been approved else where and wanted to cancel application and get refurbishment fee back (which was $300) after waiting since Friday and they then said since we didn’t cancel Monday we couldn’t be refunded. Very disappointed because we were planning to move in 2/18/2022. They knew we were denied and had us contact them with updates so that your not able to be eligible for refurbishment fee. Do not waste your money!!!! Won’t get it back and will have to contact for updates constantly while they know you’re denied but make you wait so they can keep your money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They don’t care about people and these reviews should prove it. They try to nickel and dime their way out of everything!!! They’re literally trying to charge me for lightbulbs!! Save your money and your time. They want me to pay them to clean a ceiling fan??? Under what Georgia law!? I owe them for a carpet and maybe some blinds. But I received a bill to basically hire a cleaning company for them to do basic cleaning yet there is a NONREFUNDABLE FEE for cleaning when you move in??? They’re THIEVES!!

Moving here was a huge mistake! Me and my boyfriend were trying to find a place to live on short notice so we filled out everything online and signed online because of the online pictures. Now that we have moved in the apartment looks nothing like the pictures it’s disgusting ! I would not recommend living here at all to anyone under no circumstances. I tried letting them know and they didn’t even care because “the pictures are a model apartment”. I guess they think that makes up for the fact that it look nothing like the pictures. The manger is rude and so is the associate manager. It’s a waste of time and money after seeing the apartment we wanted a full refund which they will not give us nor will they let us vacate our lease even tho they have FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! These photos are taken on the day of move in before we even did anything! And when we requested it be fixed they refused. Very disappointing and pitiful! Even tho we asked for the refund 2 hours after moving in! Despite me telling the manager all of this his response was “ rent is due on the 1st” not to mention the gates are never even closed.

“WORST MOVE IN DAY EVER”Me and My girlfriend decided to move to Georgia from Alabama we found this apartment complex worst experience ever the apartment manager was very rude and didn’t care how me and my girlfriend as guess felt about any of the problems with the apartment. They are very unprofessional they refuse to give us our money back or do anything about the problems! It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.

May 18th I applied for apartment after being pre- accepted we were told we needed a Co signer. That not being the road we wanted to go ,told them we were no longer interested and asked to have our application fees refunded. They said yes n that we would be issued a check in 30 days. 30 days has passed when I called to check the status of our refund Austin is claiming we never called to cancel the application n he isn't responsible to refund us our money. Anyone applying beware. BTW there's other complaints of this happening
