This was my second trip to this store to try and return a phone that I ordered over the phone. A representative offered to help me today and as soon as he took the phone out the bag and looked at the receipt the manager, Kayla jumped out the chair and said we don't do this type of returns in the store. She was very rude, and then she quickly identified herself as the manager and stated she never heard of the situation where she would be able to print a label and accept the return of the phone. I do not recommend anyone go into this store for this type of rude customer service. She did not ask any questions or attempt to help me before she began to attack. I don't appreciate being talked down to.

I went to this store horrible does not even describe the experience I had. If you don't want to do your job, stay at home. I needed help with unlocking my phone. I told them that I I needed assistance with unlocking my phone. The male associate told me that they could not unlock phones in the store. I know that I just needed assistance. I showed both associates the email where ATT sent me unlock the phone, The lady associate was like what do you want me to do?? Then the male associate told me that he did not have key to unlock the sim card . UNREAL RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I went in this store July 19, 2019, to get help with new mini iPads. I knew more than the person who waited on me. She was just a salesperson. My new iPad wouldn't sent texts to my daughters android. She didn't know why. So she sold us a Cellular Chip. I didn't understand at the time. I'm 75 yrs old and not entirely dumb since I've been on computers since 1964. She tried to sell us an Apple Phone Service that would talk us through getting everything set up for a mere $3.00. Wow. Since I'm an Apple Customer I said no! When I got home I called Apple.com. A lovely lady talked to us for at least an hour and we fixed everything for no fee. This store is a disgrace to AT&T. Don't bother if you just need help. Everything we asked her was answered with, I don't know. Unbelievable.

I walked in, there was two reps. The male rep was working with some customers and the female rep was sitting in the back. Didn't great me, didn't say ANYTHING. When she finally looked up from her phone she saw that my mom and I were in the store and didn't bother to get up. She made me walk to her. She told me a quick price and asked if I was "gonna do it or not". I then asked if her price came with a router or not. She replied with a "I guess yea". So I got my stuff and left. I'm a sales person MYSELF. I know the standards and honestly, he customer service skills were completely horrible. Tall skinny Latina girl. Don't go to this location, go to the one in Marietta. It's a far drive but DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!

Went in to upgrade two phones but weren't sure which my wife and I wanted. Went to test the different phones but only 2 out of about 30 were even charged to use and test. Also not one employee asked if we needed help. Never going back to this location.

The music was cranked up so loud you could not think.....I left angry because they refused to turn down the music. This is a phone business not a club....good grief. Idiots

I went into this location on Friday Dec 2nd to switch my services. It was about 10am I walked in and a guy sitting down at one of the tables with a female spoke. I couldn't tell who was the employee or customer. I walked around and then I sat down and browse around again, no one said someone will be with you shortly. I did see another guy who on a badge it looked like. However, he never looked my way there was another lady inside she had went in just before me. So after about 15 min I left. Using yelp I located another location. It was like nite and day.

In one word, "Horrible" . If one was going to do a case study on how "NOT" to conduct business and customer serice please stop by this location and experience it for yourself. Let's go to some "real world" examples: 1. Bought 2 new phones in December 2015 from this location, was supposed to receive a company discount, they advised wait 3 months for it to show on your bill, 3 months later no discount, I call the store and they say you need to come in person and show your company ID to get it. I advised " I was "in person" when I bought the phone and showed it then. That's not good enough, stop by the store again. I get to the store, I said I have some questions about my bill, they advise, we "only" sell phones here, the service is separate, please call 1800-NOTUSA, please come again. 2. Well my phone stopped charging, since they only "sell phones" I figured I would stop by and and see if they could take a look. This is the experience: ME: my phone stopped charging, it's Samsung Note 4, It works perfectly, just doesn't charge from a power cord. I switch out batteries to stay charged now AT&T: How did you replace the battery?Where did you get the battery from? Did you get the phone wet? Did you use another power cord? ME: It's a Note 4.. it has a removable battery, it's a Samsung battery, No the phone has 2 protective cases in it and as you can see had no damage. Yes I used 4 different power cables on it AT&T: Did you get it wet? (2nd question about getting it wet)Let me plug it up.. Of course it didn't charge, their answer, AT&T:you need to go to Best Buy or the Service Center @ Perimeter Mall (35 Miles away) to get another phone or have it looked at. ME: But I bought it here. Best Buy? Really? AT&T: We only "sell" phones here.... Steer clear of this location... ME:

Please train your staff!!! Specifically Steve or Steven (whatever your name is) who has no idea what he is talking about. I came to get a discount from my company. I went in to return an unopened product and his first response was"we can't accept this. Then I said it isn't even open!! Without saying anything he went around the desk. He asked for my number and I gave it to him. Then I said I don't have an account with AT&T and he said "oh well you can't get the discount because even if you show me a badge you could have quit yesterday you know what I mean?" After this I shut down and just asked for my refund and left. Later in the day I went to get a haircut and a AT&T was right next to it. I went in to explained my situation and what happened at the other shop. What do you know...they gave me the company discount and apologize for the other branch. The moral of this story...please train your employees AT&T on east west connecter in Marietta!

Ach. I hate this location. I used to have AT&T a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago. And nothing's changed at this location. Long wait times. Unprofessional, poorly trained staff. Thank goodness I RARELY had the need to come to the store and even when I did - I was typically accompanying someone else. The prices have come down though. You can get unlimited talk and text with 1 GB of data for $65 per month - before taxes. Or unlimited talk and text with 2 GB of data for $80 per month - before taxes. Like Verizon - they don't offer any unlimited DATA packages.
