I went in for an upgrade and was helped by Chris, he was very kind but unfortunately quoted me a discount that was no longer applicable as of the evening prior. I was only given the correct price after the purchase was processed. I was then told to contact the loyalty department to see if they could honor the discount and they could not. I then returned here to return the phone and spoke with the assistant manager DeMarcus who refused to waive the restocking fee even though the the ATT loyalty department made it clear the stores have the option to do so. Considering I was given the incorrect pricing information in store an hour prior I am extremely disappointed with DeMarcus choice to not waive the restocking fee considering the circumstances. I try my best to support in store sales but this has guaranteed I will not be returning to this store in the future.

The representative that works here wouldn’t help with ANYTHING. As soon as I walked in to explain the issues I was having. He stated I would have to call customer care. Understood! But he then proceeds to get on his phone scrolling on social media while I’m in need of help in the store! I asked him I could he help me with another issue I had with my phone. That I previously had with att. & he stated it was an Apple issue, I’ve had this issue fixed before with att. He was just so unhelpful so rude! This place will make att of Marietta look so bad because of the customer service. The continued to go to the back room leaving customers alone with no assistance. Please get some one here who cares to help att customers

Great customer service!
Jerry (“on the beat”) 😆 was very informative and answered all my questions. He was engaging and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the transfer process. The manager was personable as well and it was obvious that he had created a team atmosphere.

Great in store experience! Went in for a new phone and to add a new line to our family plan. Was met with friendly environment and Khalil was extremely helpful and made the process less stressful! We will be back!

Desiree was amazing! She handled a difficult issue with professionalism and speed. She was also really funny and made the whole experience much more pleasant. Great customer service – give her a raise!

Seemed like there was 4 or 5 employees there but only 2 people assisting customers at any given time. I was there on a Monday around 2:30pm for an upgrade but all the reasonably priced phone display models were off or not working. My sales guy was clearly brand spanking new (every employee is new at some point - so no big deal) except he couldn't answer most of my questions so we had to always wait on his lead/manager to be available for any reliable answers. The store was busy but there were not a ton of customers - something seemed off or miscalculated bout their floor logistics because there were definitely at least 5 employees in the building but felt like 2. It was an exhausting visit. I will say that they had great attitudes, were friendly even under pressure but they need to better train new emlloyees before leaving them with customers and they need to either hire more people or fix their staffing schedule. So I left with a new phone but didnt get to address the other 2 reasons I was there.

My husband and I got to the store in the evening to check on a really nice sale for a trade-in for both our phones. Desiree was our designated assistant and she was knowledgeable about the phones we were inquiring about, functions, colors, size, etc. Once we made a decision, she took us through the process, explained everything to us, and we were very satisfied. Desiree is a young adult who takes her work seriously, is very personable and was really a joy to work with., We had a few laughs!

Jalen pulled the bait and switch on us. Fed us a bunch of garbage he talked to his manager about. Talked about the discounts we’d be receiving. Funny how the bill came a week later and it was nothing but upcharges. Corporate kept saying “they shouldn’t have said that”. I agree, he just wanted the sale. Run away from this place.

We were given a complete bait and switch by Jalen at the store. We were completely lied to and of course signed up for an upgraded plan and 4 brand new phones. We received an email days later saying the discount wasn’t confirmed. After logging on we realized absolutely nothing was set up as we agreed to in store. Jalen and the store manager presented us with lies just to make a sale.
