Poor customer service they do not acknowledge you when you walk in they will make you wait several minutes and still not acknowledge you. I walked out still no acknowledgment.

It was so easy to get the batteries I needed for my motorcycles. Simply placed the order online, scheduled to pick up at the store and it was ready before I could get the there. The store associate was friendly and took time to answer my questions. Kudos!

Stopped in to check the output voltage on a battery charging adapter, He told me he has nothing to check it with, but he is working on electronics, phones etc. I worked for Phillips and wondering why he didn’t have a meter. SMH

Evan is amazing! He saved me $700 by checking my key fob battery when the dealership said I needed to replace the entire fob. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need batteries or bulbs.

Purchased the battery online (curbside pickup) with a scheduled installation time of 5pm. I arrived at 445 and called to let them know I was outside. The guy told me he'd be right out. 20 mins go by and noone ever came out. Called again and asked if I was supposed to park in a specific place for the installation and was told no, just near the store. Informed him that I was already outside and told him where and he said he'd be out. 10 mins later, guy comes out with battery. After about 45 mins or more, he still hadn't gotten the old battery out and tells me he can't get it out and I may need to have a mechanic do it. Then he passed me a rubber piece from under the hood saying he is not sure where it goes but it looks important. Are you kidding me. The whole reason I purchased from here was so I could get l it installed as well. Now I have to find someone to install the new battery. Completely frustrating and I should have gotten a refund for the battery and gone to purchase somewhere else where they'd be able to install it.

I Ordered a battery that they did not have in stock and they declined the order without even calling me.. There just left a email thinking that I checked my emails hourly, these stores are individually owned. This store will not order in a battery in and call the customer personally and tell them your order is ready to pick up so I returned back to the Batteries Plus on Cobb Parkway and gave them good professional people my business, they had no problem bringing in the battier order and calling me to tell me they had my battery I had already used Cobb Parkway a couple of times with success but I was going to be closer to the Austell store that day. You can tell a big difference between customer service at Cobb Parkway a (non-customer service) and they did not want to give the discount when ordered online. All stores should have the same policy weather at corporate owned stores or individual own stores.

Evan at Battery Plus off of East West Connector was very thorough and helpful. I needed a car key replaced and he talked to me about the variety of options. Before starting he let me know the total price up front.
Was able to walk out with a new key and working key fob. Thank you Evan. Keep up the hard work.
