Those guys up there are freaking amazing!! I walked in and could barely use my left shoulder. After 8 sessions later, plus the home assignments they gave me. I can finally get back to gym routine and just a regular life overall. Excited to have my first gym session. Thank you all, so much. Ill definitely recommend them.
