The team at Benchmark helped me by giving me the tools to move forward with my healing process. It has been a journey, but once I started my physical therapy I began to feel much better, also moving better. The atmosphere is great, the team cares about your well being and healing process. I saw Dr. Hannah three and a half weeks after surgery and she was a life saver. She was very kind, compassionate and is a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience. Lol although I don’t recommend falling 6 feet off a ladder, I would recommend her to anyone in need of OT.

Awesome PT experience! everyone is super friendly and attentive. Kristen Humphries does an amazing job running this office. she listened to everything i said and had me 100% in a matter of weeks. I was in so much lower back pain I thought there was nothing I could do. once I was referred here Kristen took my MRI and formed a plan to heal me. I can't thank them enough. great group of PT's. definitely recommend this BenchMark.

I've been to other Benchmark facilities but this one by far is the best in my opinion. Hannah Ikeler, their OT, has been simply the best! I honestly think she has healing hands because she certainly healed my hand. She's also very professional, friendly and a joy to work with! Due to her being friendly, she is also very caring and has lifted me up on some very dark days.

My experience with Benchmark started with a referral from Veteran's Affairs for the Lee Road location. Although Benchmark handled the VA procedure's extremely well, the provider there left me with no option but to transfer. I wasn't very optimistic that I would continue to receive quality care after submitting a complaint directly to HR and requesting a transfer to a different location, but I desperately needed the therapy without delay. The Austell location was quick to fit me in with Kristen for therapy on a repaired rotator cuff. Kristen made sure to listen and ask questions related to my care, as well as explaining the injury, surgery, and recovery process. I found Kristen to be professional yet personable and extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her field. She often displayed compassion on a professional level as well as on a human level and remained supportive, encouraging, and tough! Kristen was adept at empathizing with the pain and has just the right amount of "drill sergeant" mixed with "you can do it" to stay stuck in your head to motivate you to continue with each appointment. I valued Kristen's work ethic so much, that I returned for therapy on my foot....and she did not disappoint!! Thanks to her dedication to my care, I am able to use my arm and foot with virtually no pain!! The entire staff was always friendly and helpful! The office team is exceptional when it comes to handling the VA in all aspects from referrals to billing. I highly recommend Benchmark and more specifically, Dr. Kristen and her team in Austell. Thanks so much Doctor Kristen!

Unlike the person below who gave Kristen a bad review, she's quite the opposite. She's compassionate, knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Don't blame her as she is personable and likes to know about her patients. I'm sorry if this person has misled anyone astray, I have a choice of where I want to go for my second round of treatment for my issue and Kristen is my 1st choice for care. Over many years of treatments from other providers I find her to be both highly professional, proficient and compassionate. PS, how or why does it matter what your sexual orientation is? Who cares, I doubt it was your orientation as much as it was your attitude. I wish I could post directly on this person's review.

I can't express fully how wonderful this place is for care and rejuvenation! My predominate therapist was Aaron Bingham who pushed me to better health and really cared for me as both a person and patient. I have been to other places for therapy but none of them treated me as a person like Benchmark and Aaron.

I’ve went to a few of the physical therapist and they are all phenomenal. Everyone from Danielle, to Kirsten, to Hanz really knew their stuff. They were all very accurate with me about my arm and how it was healing during each phase of my recovery process. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with how my arm feels now after my physical therapy sessions at Benchmark. I would definitely recommend them!

Kristen and her staff exceeded all my expectations, from the warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a torn rotator cuff surgery. Kristen put together a plan for my recovery that challenged me while making sure not to over do it. I highly recommend Benchmark Austell.

BenchMark is known for the professionals that work under their trademark. I happen to get lucky and had the opportunity to work with Veronica. Out of all my injuries that I suffered to get to this point, Benchmark professionals (Veronica) met me were I was with pain and provided physical and occupational therapy to bridge the gap between pain and pain management. Kristen, who is senior therapist in the center who I worked with for a brief moment for ruptured disk in my neck/spinal region was postponed for a later time based on priority scheduled treatments. One area at a time... The facility is conveniently located in the Walmart shopping center at the East/West connector, next to EvoSports. There is parking available in the strip mall. The therapist Veronica specializes in hand therapy. She uses state of the art equipment that focuses on problem areas. She utilizes the elements of the earth, heat, sand, and clay to build and strengthen the ligaments of the fingers to promote healing. I am with her leadership making great progress. I am in the middle of my sessions. Once I reach my goal I will update my review. Veronica gets 5 stars based on technique and experience!

I had to go to this location for five full months. My therapist was Kristen Humphries. She's the BEST. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She has taken care of my problem very well and I am so satisfied. The staff is very nice. I like to recommend this location to anybody. This is a great facility.
