Firm believer that 2 things can be true at once…Hes a Nice guy but tremendously lacks punctuality. He has poor communication skills and if he never shows up , He will tell you to tow it to Technica Motorsports in smyrna . False hope at its finest. Praying he gets better in time!

Awful Customer Service. The Owner never answered my calls or texts. A whole week went by and nothing. I just needed a simple fuel injection service.

Very Very Un-Reliable. Had this guy Craig to come my house in Riverdale where I had a Trans Cooler fluid leak I thought. After part had been put on car it was then decovered that it was the oil filter housing unit instead. Okay he stated to me that I should get and get the part ( Oil Filter Housing Unit) and in two days he would return to install it for me. This is this guy turned sour. The day that he stated came he didn’t answer his phone all day. I tried reaching several more days til no avail. After several texted he texted back and said he would come late in the day the following Tuesday mean while my car is still in garage wanting for Craig the BMW guy to show. He never shown up then told me another that he would come that following Monday he never came. Our last correspondence with each other for me to have my car towed to NW Atlanta to some shop and I guess they would fix it. Okay having said all that I gave the guy $300. for the part I didn’t in . Then he wanted $400. for the upcoming work. Had he came I would have paid as easily as I had before. But this I wouldn’t want anyone to rely or depend on him….

Craig Blaylock is simply a BMW genius. Very educated, intelligent, professional and most importantly he is passionate about BMW. He’s replaced my alternator, fuel pump, battery, oil pressure switch amongst other things ALL FROM MY HOUSE IN MY FREAKING DRIVEWAY!! He shows up with his own scanner & tools. Absolutely 100% trustworthy, honest and you can be sure the car is being repaired properly because he does not cut corners. Very affordable and not to mention he’s a world of knowledge and has exceptional resources if he may need them. He is highly recommended!!
