this was my first time coming to this Burlington. They hate a lot of items especially for the husky big and tall men for my son too. It was so nice and organized. It was clean. Your customer service was pretty good. I really don't have a complaint. The cashier wasn't as friendly but it's okay. Maybe she was having a bad day so I gave her Grace. I will come back

I went to Burlington before. I like the customer service are very friendly and courtesy too. I went Burlington on Friday, June 13th, 2025.. They are an amazing people who are shopping 🛍 and polite too.

The manager keeps yelling throughout the store at the employees, and she can not tell time. She keeps yelling they are closing and also telling people trying to come in while we are in the store they are closed when they don't close for another 30 minutes.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. The store manager Ashley is extremely rude.. first off this is my first time ever stepping into a Burlington and will be my last. My daughter wanted a Disney luggage, there was 2 on the shelf; I chose the one with the less damage a few scuff and minor plastic peelings. I go the register I asked the young girl if possible can I get a discount due tot the damage, (mind you this is a $50 smaller than a carry on suitcase) and I’ll take it as a final sale item. Ashley the manager walks over doesn’t say hello, she looks at me and ask what’s the problem, I said excuse me, the cashier intervened and was trying to show her what I had pointed out. The manager flat out says it’s nothing I can do and walks off. I asked for her info she comes back and say why well the info you need is on the receipt! And walks off again. I will be contacting corporate about this as well. Ooh and let’s not talk about waiting on line for 20+ mins with 3 registers open at 8pm.

This Burlingotn has been a terrible place to work. My brother started working there in late May, but there has been nothing but problems since he started. The schedule they send out had him working typically 1 day a week. When he asked about this, he was told that stocking is typically an on call job and there is not an actual schedule. The fact that stocking is an on call job was not mentioned during his interview otherwise he would not have accepted the job. He is a college student who is paying his own way through school and required a job with consistent hours.
It has been 2 weeks since he was put on their schedule. He checks the schedule every night before he goes to bed which is typically around 11pm-12am and he was not on the schedule therefore he made plans with our ailing grandfather. When I spoke with him today, he was on the schedule for 8am to 10am. So someone updated the schedule early this morning or late last night and never called to notify him of the last minute change.
This is completely unacceptable. When you have a job, you expect a certain level of communication and a certain amount of hours. Burlington has fallen down hard on both. No one calls him after last minute updates to the schedule and he hasn't worked in 2 full weeks.
Corporate will be receiving a phone call but I thought I'd post this here for other potential employees and customers to see.

It is one of my favorite stores since there you can find various items and clothing at a good price.
The only bad thing is that the clothes are hung on 2 levels and the second level is very high, for people who are not very tall or for those who use wheelchairs.

Very rude cashier
