Ive been shopping at the Austell Cosmo Prof for about 8 years. Ever since moving to Vinnings . Many times the shelves were a chaotic mess and frequently out of stock for items I needed.
When Suzanne began working there (3 yrs. <> ago?) all that changed. Slowly at first, but steadily. Suzanne became someone I know I can count on for store/product knowledge and over these years has become a recognized friend for myself and my Wife. She is a big reason of why we shop at Cosmo prof, period.

I frequently shop the Austell store. Suzanne Moody is just the best! She’s always working on a project but is never too busy to stop and offer help with any questions I may have. I truly appreciate the warm welcome I receive when I stop in too!

Suzanne was so helpful, she gave us outstanding costumer service. Every time I go in there she is always willing to help me & go above & beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied & found what I’m looking for. She’s so knowledgeable & really makes this location my favorite & why I keep coming back. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I went into Cosmoprof on 1/26/24 when I walked in, I was greeted by Suzanne, who was extremely helpful and sweet. She had private knowledge and also new prices and compared to help me make a decision with my choices. I wanted to buy today I am grateful for people like her and customer service because she cared and took her time to see about me, please know that you have a GEM in your store. Thanks for all you did for me today Suzanne I look FORWARD to shopping again in the Austell store.

They really need to update their times. I drove an hour yesterday to get there just to find out that the store was not even open even though it says so on google! Very inconvenient
