RATS !!! Came to move my things out of storage and upon collecting my belongings I saw not only rat poop but damage to some of my things due to them. There was not any traps in the unit nor surrounding the unit, and yes this is an inside unit! Insurance that you get through them does not cover damage due to pests. This unit has failed me. Furthermore all the money that is being paid for a secure storage, and the gate is on the ground and this isn’t the 1st time. The guy working in the store blatantly stated that “we’ve had pest control come out a couple of times”. So now I’m being told that they won’t do anything to compensate for the loss that I took. This is unacceptable!!
UPDATE: After their response here I sent the email and absolutely nothing has happened! I had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace damaged items. I guess the response to the review was just for show. 0/5

My initial thoughts for this particular CubeSmart was iffy due to past management. After meeting, Key my assessment started to change. She genuinely cared about my issues and helped me find a solution to each one. After speaking with her and having such a positive experience I would recommend this location. Go speak specifically to Key and she’ll get you set!

I like the access hours. The young lady, at the counter, is very professional.
My only “knock” , is the lack of carts, that renters have access to. There’s only 1. Need to be more. My 2 cents

Brittany was super awesome! She helped me get my storage unit set up. And was super kind and friendly. Also, I needed a phone charger, and she had one available for me. She truly went above and beyond.

The old Anderson Farm location is very hard to get in touch with someone at the front office. It seems they never answer the phone, they very seldom call you back and there is always a note on the door every week of why they are not going to be open.when I questioned Brittany about it, she stated she does not make the schedule, but it doesn’t seem like there is schedule. It seems I need to hire more workers. They are super friendly when you can catch them in the office.
