The pharmacy sent a message and email that my prescription was ready for pick up. I arrived waited a few minutes, Pharmacist greeted me, got my prescription and got me on my way in a timely fashion. 5 Stars

Tracy is a fantastic pharmacist! She is always professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is accurate and handled with care. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail make picking up prescriptions stress-free. I highly recommend CVS for all your prescription needs—especially if Tracy is there to help!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with! To start every time my doctor sends a script over to the pharmacy never feels it. It is extremely hard to impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone so how are we as customers even able to get info or god forbid have to transfer. I walked up to the pharmacy this morning and the lady behind the counter didn’t speak acknowledge or say anything but spoke to a male target worker pushing a cart that walked right in front of me. After standing there for 5 minutes in silence I ask if they are open and she replied “if you see the gate open then that means we are open” and put her head down and continued what she was doing. Still didn’t acknowledge that I was even standing there obviously waiting for service and continued to do whatever was more important than me the customer. Then with a very horrible attitude said you need to stand by the register if you need help. Mind you I am literally the only one standing in line. So obviously I am here needing help. CVS yall should be shamed. I have been living in this area for over 27 years and dealing with this pharmacy for over 10. My mother, daughter and I have been having issues with this particular worker for I don’t know how long. She is rude! She gives wrong info! She cost me $ by not running my insurance properly and my daughter several times. She told me yesterday yall close at 8 which was wrong. I have had enough and I know I’m not the only one to complain about this pharmacy. Why are scripts not being feeled when the doctor sends them? Why do we have to call? When your phones go straight to voicemail it’s insane!!

Came in this morning 01/16/25 9:24am to pick up my prescription the older black lady that was working was extremely rude. I will NOT be coming back to this pharmacy ever.

Unstaffed and an inconvenience. Unreasonably long time to get prescriptions filled. I’ve used the location for years but will discontinue use.

I guess I must’ve been “helped” by the same AWFUL tech as the other reviews. Black lady with glasses. Way too chatty instead of working, causing me to stand there for almost 20 minutes just to tell me she wouldn’t be able to have my prescription ready today because she’s busy. I told her I needed it today and she told me to go to the pharmacy up the road bc they’re open til 10. She filled someone else’s prescription right then and there. I worked for CVS for years. It doesn’t take a whole day to fill a prescription when the medication is in stock nor is it a challenge to pull the script from another CVS location. If you don’t want to do your job then QUIT! Healthcare is not a place for terribly rude people who don’t want to do their job!

Came to pick up some prescription for my sister in law and the lady working the older African American lady was so unprofessional . I asked her if she could look up what other CVS is had the prescription as she said she was unable to fill the order and she refused to do it stay in she had a line backed up that is poor customer service. You never tell Customer know that you have a line backed up. It wouldn’t have taken two minutes to look up. What pharmacy had the prescription?
