I had to come in to get a tire service that I previously purchased from this location. I was able to quickly drop off the tire but had to go back to work so couldn’t stay for the repair. I return the next morning when they opened and they were able to quickly take my car in the stall, reinstalled the tire and as my trunk was super full, I asked them to just put the tire in the backseat. they were nice enough to put my spare tire in a plastic bag so not my leather seats. Service and consideration very much appreciated. I highly recommend it will be back!

This place is terrible and not serious with their work AT ALL! I went here for a simple tire pressure check, and as the worker was “attempting” to check my tires I notice that my air pressure is being taken out and not put in. I brought this to his attention and he then tells me that I am mistaken even though I could see it decreasing. My pressure was 34 when i arrived, next thing i know it was brought down to 7!!! Which caused my tired to be flat. So now I have a flat tire warning on my car and they could’ve cared less! They’re wasn’t any urgency with my situation, and the other workers didn’t even look like they wanted to help. The employee then tells me to pull my car up while still having a flat!! Can you believe that???? NEVER AGAIN! Do not come here if you cherish your car.

Do not come here. Took our Infiniti Q50 to get our tires checked and get some air but to find out that they were taking air out of it and all the employees seemed confused. The front right tire ended up going flat (7 psi!!) and the warning never came off after they filled up the tires. Then they asked us to try and drive the car like what?! Anyways, they need to have some type of manual machine in case the one they have goes wrong. We’re about to go on a 3 hour drive, and the last thing we need is this warning stressing us. Anyway, tread carefully with this discount tire location. This why I fill my own tires at QT down the street.

I came to this location for a tire rotation and balance.After my service was complete one of the managers, Chad, informed me that my windshield wipers according to him were in bad condition and needed to be replaced. I had great windshield wipers that came from Mopar on my vehicle; in addition to one on the back shield. After a conversation with Chad I told him he could move forward with replacing them, thinking he had done an honest inspection and trusting him. He took advantage and lied to me about my condition only to make a sale. He was outside installing the windshield wipers and I watched him struggle to place them on. He then preceded to inform me that Discount tires did not have the wiper blade for the make and model of my vehicle and that he would not be able to complete the service. He literally left my back windshield wiper blade broken off and insisted that I need to go to an Auto Zone and pay to get it replaced and fixed myself; he also still wanted to charge me for the blades that he could not only install but broke. I told him that I did not come to this location with a broken windshield wiper blade and I am not leaving with one. Instead of him apologizing and coming to a resolve; he walks away and says " well your windshield wiper blades were in pretty bad condition so it doesn't matter." At this point, I could not believe how I was not only taken advantage of but I was left distraught and I felt as if he was being prejudice toward me. I asked to speak with a manager and he says well I am one of the managers; I then informed him I wanted to speak to a different manager and he calls for another man that did not offer any assistance. I walked in the store and the senior manager, Patrick came outside to inspect the work Chad had done and realized he did in fact break the piece of the blade to the point where it does not work. Patrick, offered to file a claim on behalf of the store that would lead to a body shop repairing the sensor and blade. At this point, I am still upset because now I have a broken windshield wiper blade (keep in mind it has been storming rains over the past week) and I am inconvenienced because I have to wait on a body shop in between making time for work. Chad, still did not apologize nor did he acknowledge his mistake. No accountability. Lastly, the front windshield wipers were snapped on properly and as I was driving in a heavy thunderstorm they began to make a loud clicking noise against my windshield; I had to then drive back up to this location and William( I believe this is his name) had to correct the issue that Chad had done again. I honestly feel as though Chad and his lack of responsibility, accountability and effort has caused much distress. To date, I have not received an apology, no one from the store has checked on the status of my situation and I am having a difficulty time working with their Claims insurance, which is Fleet. I am having to drive in heavy rain with the cheapest of windshield wiper blades and my back window blade is broken to date. Again, my family and I have been regular patrons of this location for years and I am in disbelief that someone like Chad reflects the values of the company. I will give a final update after I have worked with fleet service, the company that is able to help locate a body shop and cover the expenses for the repair but all of this could have been avoided and to think Chad still told me that because he broke my back wiper blade that I needed to go get it fixed myself, still wanted to charge me and insulted me by stating my wiper blades were in pretty bad condition. I honestly want my Mopar blades back!

I had to bring our Land Rover in after getting a flat tire. Chad took great care of me and got the tire patched. The work was completed well before expected. I will definitely be back when I need tires.

This Discount Tire location has a customer for life. I booked an appointment and took my car for a normal tire rotation and rebalance late Saturday afternoon. I went to the nearby nail salon while I waited. My car was ready before my nail service was finished. The Discount Tire employee called me and drove my car over to the nail shop and brought my keys inside. SUPERIOR SERVICE!!! KUDOS TO THE TEAM!!! THANK YOU!!!

Great experience of getting my new tires mounted and getting an alignment. The guys there are ACTUALLY into cars and can give proper advice. They were busy, but handled everything professionally and were able to get customers in and out while delivering quality service. Highly recommended!

***Update*** Since my Google review, discount tire did call me and apologized for the service. They also refunded me the money for the lug nuts. I appreciated them reaching out. They asked that I come back to get my car checked out but I had already gone to a different location prior to then to get the correct services.
I would not recommend anyone to the Austell location. The team there is more interested in sales than service. I had to return my car the next day because my sensors were not properly installed. I also had to get my tire replaced. They were supposed to put the new tire on the front and they did not. I rescheduled an appointment for another location after having back to back negative experiences. They also told me I needed lug nuts and charged me $50 when I could have got them for $16.99 at Walmart. After that, I noticed they targeted women for sales. There also multiple people coming in that had already been there before due to issues not being corrected, so something is definitely going on with that location.

I had a leak in my tire and was worried about driving to work the next day. I drive 285 everyday from Austell to dunwoody. I made an appt at the discount tire on EW connector at 5pm, but I was about 30 minutes late due to traffic. Nathan and his crew took my car even though it was very close to closing. They stayed past 6 to fix my tire and were as polite as could be. Nathan said safety of his customers comes first and his actions definitely reflected that. Thank you to Nathan and Discount tire on EW connector.

Will (service technician) was so amazing. He went out of his way to provide a proper diagnostic overview for a problem I was expecting with my complex tire sensors. I always purchase my tires from them as they consistently provide exceptional service!!!!!
