The general manager herself is lazy, rude and should NOT be in retail. She doesn't know how to be a manager and leaves when she wants to. I mostly see her and the assistant manager goofing off and then complaining to the rest of her staff that they arent doing enough. Thus is not how to run a retail store.

Very popular location, customers were streaming in as I observed from the event space. Dollar General had everything I needed to make my event special. The only issue is the parking lot. Needs cleaning really bad.

The hours when you look the store up says 9:00 p.m. that they close they were closed before 9:00 p.m. I was there 15 minutes earlier and the doors were already locked this is not the first time this has happened even going in the morning same thing the lights are on and the doors are locked ridiculous

I have frequented this location many times over 20 years the past year has been the absolute best customer service as well as the most cleanliness in stores. There was nothing in the aisles the inventory was put up the shelves were clear and easily accessible I was not tripping over any items, the overall store was clean and presentable there were plenty of shopping carts and shopping baskets available. I always have a decent experience at Dollar general, but these past few times have been a breath of fresh air! That is why I continue to return because of the clean atmosphere and environment, and the customer service.

I'm at the store at 10:40am, but no body is here. The sign says the store opens at 8am, but that's not true. Several people walked up, the lights are on but the doors are locked, and there are 4 big packages sitting outside of the door. 12/29/23.

I honestly don’t wanna put this review here cause it’s a decent store: but I have had two products that smelled and tasted spoiled or funny. First it was the bacon and then it was Nissin noodles. There is even a date and it doesn’t seem like it’s spoiled from when it is “best by” but it smells like it’s stale or spoiled. I always go to this one but what I’ve noticed is that in areas where there is a lower income, the products are going to be subpar. I have a really bad aftertaste in my mouth after eating some noodles from there. I used to live in Fulton County so I have never really experienced fruit or products from stores that is spoiled or rotten, not as much as I experience it since living in South Cobb. I have never came across so many spoiled and rotten products in the stores in this area.

I love this location, it's the cleanest Dollar General I've been in. Hat's off to the Store Manager and her team. Whatever system you all have in place it's working. I appreciate you all taking pride in where you work, it shows that you care about your customers shopping with you. For those of you that decides to check it out take pride in the hard work that they have put in to keep it clean and organized. GREAT JOB YOU ALL. OUTSTANDING THANK YOU

Don’t bother going to this location because they close when they want to. Lady just locked the door in my face and said they was closed and it’s only 7:00. Very inconvenient!

Love the new look. Only complaint is the bathroom was OUT OF ORDER...this seems the answer every time we're in there. So we had to go to big lots and just did our shopping there.

The guy that waited on me was ok, his co-worker or manager was talking to him about personal stuff the entire time he waited on me, he was eating a big box of Valentine candy without a mask on. I said excuse me can you wait until he finishes my transaction first..He went dead off on me, I will "NEVER, go back there!

Just left this location and must say I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service Michele provided! She truly went above and beyond to assist us and we truly appreciate it because it's extremely rare these days! Thank you for being so kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve always had a pleasant experience in this store but today was quite different. Some guy named Michael thought it was a good idea to leave the store with the register key and go to the bank. Me and about 5 or 6 customers waited patiently as the woman apologized for his mistake. At this point it was an acceptable mistake. Then the woman behind the register called him again and he had the audacity to get mad and his words were “if they don’t wanna wait they can leave”. I thought it was quite disrespectful not only to the customers but to the owner of the store. Why would an owner understand him offering us the opportunity to walk out the door with money we intended on spending in his/her business while he tended to his own financial affairs on their clock?
