Liam (Edward) is reliable, personal and a master mechanic! I have taken several cars to him and he has saved me money and has completed the job to perfection. My 2008 Toyota got to 300,000 miles thanks to Liam (Edward). My 2012 Toyota needed a transmission and Liam and his team did it and we are still on the road riding. This shop does great work! I thought my car was done for, but it looks like nothing ever happened. Pat was accommodating and patient. He made sure that I was satisfied and everything was fixed to perfection. This is the before and after. Kind of hard to see since it has reflection, but it looks a million times better. Definitely a 1000/10 recommend!

This is the very worse place to bring your car! Ed proposed an 18 day completion date and I didn’t receive my car back until 31 days later.I constantly followed up with him about my car. Asked for a completion date and he ignored me or kept extending the completion date. My car was at the paint shop for 20 of those days. By the way the paint shop isn’t in house, he does through someone else. He wouldn’t disclose the location of the paint shop.The repair took so long that the insurance company made me pay out of pocket. They informed me that the mechanic is supposed to cover the out of pocket cost for his delay but of course he said he would, but didn’t.When I received my car my key was beat up, my tires were under inflated, I all of sudden needed an oil change, my car key battery needed to be changed, the back door panel is loose, there were still scratches on my car, and the paint was dripping. I rate this company a 0 out of 10. Ed is a con artist and a liar. Do not go to him

Edward was a pleasure to work with and had great customer service. My transmission on my 2017 Nissan Rogue went out. I had a hard time finding someone to help me however, I explained my situation to Edward and he was willing to help since the first call while other mechanics turned me away. He helped me get my car back on the road after being broken down for 2 months due to another mechanic. I am forever grateful and blessed that I found this auto repair shop!

I’ve been doing business with Dunn Motors for more than 7 years. I must say I’m a little perplexed with some of the reviews I’ve read here. Although my experience isn’t always ideal, I can say that anytime Ed or his staff have made an error on a repair (doesn’t happen often) they’ve gone above and beyond to correct it. No one is perfect but I’ve witnessed this man do some things for people that NO OTHER SHOP IN THE CITY WOULD DO! I’ve found Ed and his staff to be high quality/high character individuals that do high quality work for discounted prices. Keep up the great work sir!Services: Transmission

Dunn Motors is one of the best body shops in town! Took my car in and fixed it quickly as I needed it back soon! Van looks like nothing ever hit it! Definitely using them next time if I need body repair. Ask for Ed Dunn he will take care of you!
